Bensons For Beds - Gillingham593 Recensioni

Excellent sales team member provided us with the necessary information and support to make our purchase.

From the moment we walked through the door the Bensons for Beds team were excellent and very knowledgeable, with no pushy sales team try to sell us a top of the range mattress

Great knowledge, very friendly and helpful, not pushy or hanging around. The perfect experience. The lady who helped us was so down to earth and really made our experience fun.

The gentlemen was very helpful and explained everything well and didn't try and press for a bigger sale when he knew we had a budget

Gemma made us aware of the options & never pressured, allowed us time to think & discuss what we wanted

Me and my partner ordered an Ottoman bed from a shop in Gillingham. Consultant Richard met us with pleasure to help. We were looking for nice family ottoman bed, which will looks nice in our new place and not that expensive because we are waiting for a baby.
After long comparing price+quality+look we decided to wait longer but get what we want!
Separate thanks for Richard, he was very competent, helpful and kind to our “family situation”❤️
It was very pleasant experience to visit exactly this store and meet Richard with his colleague which also was very nice.

Also we were pleasantly surprised with prices, offers and furniture during our visit.

We had a very very calm and non rushed experience in choosing new beds for our daughters bedrooms.
Our sales person was Odette at the Gillingham store and she was very very helpful, patient, informative while giving us the space to try out the beds without the pressure of a sales person hovering over us. THANK YOU ODETTE - we are very much looking forward to our new beds xx

The whole process was easy and very professional. the lady in the shop helped us choose and the delivery drivers was very helpful and tried not to touch my newly painted walls. Couldn't ask for me. Very happy overall.

The sales person was knowledgeable and very helpful - Odette

The welcome upon entering the store. Sales Assistant was extremely pleasant and very helpful.

We took our mum to buy an adjustable bed and the service the customer assistant provided was brilliant. Helpful, polite and patient, she made the experience enjoyable for mum and easy for us.

The actual products were also very good with great movement, comfort and priced well. Although colour and material choices were limited.

Odette was really helpful and knowledgable. We checked out a competitor next door and then came straight back

Wendy made our buying experience very easy. Good knowledge of the products and advice on what would best suit our needs.
Top notch customer service!

On entering the store I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who enquired about the type of bed I was looking for. He then showed me several beds within my price range which I tried before making my choice. As I find it hard to claim stairs I was taken to the lift which was a great help. The whole process of buying my new bed could not have been easier

Great customer service really helped us would always go back
