A little too pushy.....
On our recent visit to our local Bensons for Beds we went looking for & needing a new mattress. A gentleman walked into the store before us and was pounced on by staff which annoyed him and he walked out. Now I do not like to be pounced on like that so told the member of staff to just let us walk around and look and if we need him we would let him know.
We found a mattress we was interested in and the staff member came over and was very knowledgeable about the product and we was happy with the information and we purchased the mattress.
But it doesn't end there! They then try to pressure buy you into mattress protectors, bed care sets & insurance with a story they haven't sold any this week and we have targets. That we did not like, we went in for a mattress we purchased what we wanted we paid in full.
I would not recommend to family & friends as I do not like being pounced on the minute you walk through the door & the pressure sale of extras.

5* knowledge and help from Sarah. Being fussy about pillows has never been a thing for me until now. Age creeping up and stiff necks etc. After a quick discussion about sleeping habits sarah picked out a couple of pillows she thought would match my sleep style. The first one was spot on and the 2nd just as good, i tried all the others but none as good as her suggestions. Fantastic help with good friendly banter. Thank you and really appreciate the assistance. 🙏👌👍🛌🛌.

New bed for the new year
The knowledge of Sarah the saleswoman. We tried several different beds until we found the one we wanted. Trying the different firmness and width of the mattress helped us make our decision.
