The assistant was very helpful and understood why I needed a bed that I could get close to transfer from my wheelchair, he was very polite and friendly

Exceptionally knowledgeable Customer Service
Myself and my husband came into store just looking for a new mattress, after speaking to an exceptionally knowledgeable member of staff (Wenbo) we tried a couple of mattresses and found the perfect one, he explained our options and we went through the delivery options and we were told ten days for our new mattress. Very smooth transaction and left very happy indeed. Would highly recommend to family and friends 😀

Excellent Customer Service
Steve was a legend!!! Helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy or annoying.
The other staff members were very pleasant and friendly as well! Definitely recommend! Thanks again Steve good old fashion customer service is few and far between these days! 🙏🙏🙏

delayed delivery service
I was disappointed to find that my order has been delayed twice the recent delay was only given 24 hours’ notice telling me that they did not have the mattress in stock and a new delivery date for a further 2 weeks. The customer service says we are unable to confirm the new delivery date will be confirmed when I called them, I'm not sure why a company would sell you a mattress knowing this was not in stock or at least tell the customer in advance at the shop floor that there are distribution issues. My wife also had to take a day off on the recent change of date and disappointed no compensation for this either. I cant complain about the Customer service team or the selling team and suggest that the company looks at its distribution and agrees a timescale cannot be delivered in 2 weeks as this only delays other people too. if demand is high then be honest on delivery dates !

Generally OK but temporary staff only with little knowledge of current display. Lack of samples for current best products as recommended by Which magazine including surprisingly “Eve” products.Needed to compromise my purchase.
Overall,sadly,disappointing.
