When we arrived we were quickly greeted by a salesperson who showed us the products we were interested including all options available on them. The salesperson was friendly as well as helpful. Our visit ended up ordering a super king bed and mattress and we were happy with the price we paid.

We have just had our new Penelope bed delivered today and are very happy with our purchase and the whole experience with Bensons from order to delivery.
The two ladies at the Exeter store were very professional and friendly but not pushy and the advice given very much helped us to decide to order there and then.
The communication from ordering last Thursday up to delivery today has been first class all the way.
The delivery itself was very smooth and Sam and Callum were very friendly and helpful.
This is our second bed from Bensons and we will always look there first in future.

The bed was delivered on time, I had reminders, notifications and a phone call all reassuring that things were going as expected. The men were friendly, polite and efficient.

We went in just to look and ended up buying a luxury bed. The sales guy was really helpful and attentive. Lots of choice of beds and due to the sale we saved ourselves a big chunk of money!

Really helpful and didn’t feel pressurised to buy

Difficult because Mike was excellent with us when we first came into the store. Wasn't pushy and was very helpful. We went off for a coffee to decide on the purchase. When we came back the service was shocking. Mike was busy with another costumer. Instead the store manager dealt with us. He didn't appear to know what he was doing. Talked under his breath and took a long time and kept having to ask for help. The manager looked scruffy totally ignored my wife. He also told us we couldn't take our pillows home with us. The next day we had a phone call to say we need to collect the pillows! So we had to make another trip out to collect the pillows. If we had dealt with the store manager from the outset we wouldn't have made the purchase.

happy to take your money and guarantee a bed and mattress before Christmas, only to on the day get a call from a driver saying they are only bringing the mattress and that the bed will be 3 weeks later. so we accept it and 3 weeks pass. the day of delivery comes and we are told they cant deliver and we have to wait a further month. I'm not sure if it is because they cant be bothered or the fact they are completely useless.

DO NOT TRUST A WORD THESE LYING SCAMMERS SAY

Good service in the shop, but getting loads of emails pestering for reviews is annoying. Don’t usually like to write reviews until I’ve got the products.

Felt totally informed by sales person who dealt with us totally perfect and the shop was easy accessible for wheelchairs always a plus
