Brilliant service from start to finish
Brilliant service from start to finish. Went into the Dartford store - the gentleman there was so helpful and clear. Then onto delivery the two guys who delivered and assembled the bed Andy and Roaz i think they were called.... are just the most pleasant and gave us helpful advice. Add onto this the peace of mind that comes with the guarantee... I wouldn't go anywhere else for a bed! I actually bought a bed from them years ago and its still going strong. I did initially try to shop around online but decided to come back here and don't regret it one bit !

Georgi at your Dartford branch was very helpful and friendly and provided us with all the information we needed in making such a big decision to upgrade our mattress. Very relaxed and put as at ease and we had a good laugh. The bottles of water on such a hot day was also a very nice touch.

I was approached by Leigh within moments of walking into the store. He was friendly and knowledgeable, once I described what I was looking for he was extremely helpful made alternative suggestions. I didn’t feel rushed or pushed to buy. Leigh described delivery and the process. I was more than happy with the service.

Highly recommend
From selecting our bed to delivery the service was great. Shop staff were very helpful and the delivery was on schedule and trouble free. Old mattress was removed and our new bed was handled carefully and delivery drivers courteous and pleasant. Very pleased with our bed and would highly recommend Bensons Beds.
