Great customer service, very helpful and knowledgeable but not at all pushy. Very pleased with our experience and looking forward to our new bed arriving!

Claire and Jon at Crewe Branch were really helpful and did their best to make sure we got the best deal on our new Simba mattresses. The delivery was on time and kept us informed throughout.

All went to plan and was kept informed every step of the way . Delivery was prompt and the friendly delivery men were very polite and respectful so 10/10 Bensons.

Our experience with Bensons for beds Crewe was great from the start, when talking to the sales assistant Amanda, she was very helpful by explaining about the items we purchased.
We were updated by email about our delivery times & date, the delivery men unpacked the items and removed the packaging, Thank you Bensons for beds.

As for the gentlemen who delivered the mattress, above and beyond , put the mattress into the bedroom, set it up on the bed and removed all packaging.
Recommend to anyone and everyone.

My order had been delivered but the headboard was damaged and now I have been told I will need to wait a further 3 weeks to have a new one delivered.
So I cannot use the bed until then.
Quite disappointing to say the least.
I did find the delivery people quite slap happy and if I had to point a finger, then I would guess it either was dropped or got squashed on the lorry.
I trust this will not happen on the new delivery and Bensons will check the product before I receive it.
Also, no pillow was delivered so been told to pick one up from the store.

Bed buying made easy. From entering the Crewe store to completing our purchase we were looked after by Jon. His knowledge of the products was second to none. He explained the different types of beds/ mattresses and allowed us to browse without interruption. When we were ready he took us through the purchase process, confirming each step clearly. Great service and advice on beds

I visited the Crewe store on the retail park & received excellent service. I visited the store a couple of times & found The staff were great, so helpful, friendly & patient….not pushy at all. The Manager Jon was very knowledgeable which helped me make my decision. He also gave great advice on how to care for my new mattress. I am very happy with my purchase. The IGel nano4000 Offers great support & is very comfortable. The delivery service went smoothly, kept up to date with emails & a phone call from the delivery team to say on there way. They were very polite & thorough. I would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you to the whole team.
