Excellent customer service from Dave who gave us loads of advice which we were looking for and good knowledge of all types of beds and mattresses and headboards.

We only went in for advice and ended up buying as we were so impressed with service

We went in knowing what we wanted, having looked on the website beforehand. We were shown the item, a bed settee, and how it worked. Staff friendly and efficient.

the staff were great helping us to choose and then setting up the finance

The staff were very helpful. I got to test different mattress firmness on a machine which helped inform my decision. The lady who served me was respectful of my budget whilst finding me a lovely mattress. Thank you!
Update as of 13.05.23: I unfortunately didn't suit the mattress that I purchased in store, so I called the customer service department to see what could be done. They told me that I had a 40 night sleep guarantee, so could exchange it for a low fee. I have been into store today and changed it for another mattress. Outstanding customer service at the Crewe brach! Thank you.

Great service. Excellent help in store to ensure we selected the right mattress and bed frame. The Easter sale was an added bonus!! Thank you.

Claire was friendly, listened to my requirements and provided excellent advice.

Very friendly staff offered advice with no pressure to purchase

Sales assistant at Crewe was a great help. Very friendly not at all pushy with trying to sell us a mattress.

Helpful staff.

Excellent service by the staff at the store.

Staff were not at all pushy but were ready available when you required them. Extremely knowledgeable very genuine made you feel in control which made the shopping experience very pleasant indeed. We would highly recommend the Crewe store.

The staff were very friendly and polite. Dave, a part of the team, was very informative. I asked him a lot of questions about the furniture I wanted to buy. He was very patient and understanding of my budget and needs. I was purchasing a wardrobe for my son and because Dave was so welcoming and helpful I'm returning today to by myself a new wardrobe.

Friendly knowledgeable staff and plenty of choice of beds in different sizes and levels of firmness.
No pressure to buy.

Excellent service!! The sales lady (sorry, I don’t know her name) was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you - will shop with Benson’s for beds again 👍

We came into the Crewe store quite late to have a browse at mattresses, the lovely man who served us, he was the only one in the shop at the time, (sorry i can't remember his name but i hope he gets this feedback!) helped us find the right bed. Very bubbly and happy to help us. Excellent customer service, especially with it being so late in the day on a Saturday. Ended up with a mattress and mattress cover to take home then and there! :) Thank you!

A super saleswoman, Claire, was very helpful.
I told her my budget and what I wanted and she showed me the options, which were many.
