Malcolm was friendly helpful and above all made me laugh.

Jeff was simply superb. No high pressure sales here, just great help and patience while we spent time lying around. We came away very pleased with the price for our new bed, and were amazed that when we got home and searched on the Internet that we could not find any company even close to the deal we got at Bensons. We had dreaded the task of buying a mattress but Jeff was able to guide us through the many options and simplify the process, and we’re very confident that we have made an informed and wise choice

The assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us and allowed us to lie on beds to try them out.

The Staff. Malcolm advised me in my first visit, however I was unsure if I really wanted to change my bed. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t pressure me just advised the opening times if I wanted to come back and chat some more. I then returned and spoke with the manager who was also very helpful and advised me on the mattresses, which I wasn’t sure if I needed to change if I bought a bed frame. A thoroughly enjoyable experience with great staff and great products. I look forward to receiving my bed soon. Thank you.

There was no hard sell which was a relief. Staff were helpful but let us just look around & then when we needed more information they were there to answer all our questions. We were clueless about our requirements and the staff helped us choose a bed & mattress at the best price with excellent discounts. Really painless & actually quite refreshing!
