I walked in asked for what I wanted. They showed me my options. No pushy sales. Told me the price plus, broke it down to make sure I was making the right choice. In and out in 30 mins fantastic!!! Amazing people

Got a 2hr time slot couldnt change it
Got a 2hr time slot couldnt change it. Only a different day. Needed to be after 1pm. i even said this when we ordered it at chesterfield. So after phoning head office and chesterfield. I had to finished work early. Time slot changed earlier The driver will call you 30mins before. No phone call. They will bag the old mattress for recycle. Err no. Lets just let drag it to front of lorry for neighbours see our old one. Thanks. Oh just took the plastic off and theres black marks on the mattress. 900 quid later.

we are repeat Bensons customers, when we went in the store it was very welcoming . Darrell approached us and said any assistance he was around- nice not to be pressured . we found a few beds we liked, explained our aches and Darrell pointed us to a few more beds

Looking for a new bed
Initially, we only came to have a look with the intent to 'shop around' but Darrell, the salesman there, took the time to explain all the options and had the time and patience to find just what we needed. Very helpful and in a no presssure environment, made it easy for use to choose Bensons - no need for us to look further.

As past customers, we went to Benson again. Service was as good as the last time (really good).The bed quality is excellent. Good prices too. Delivery time is as good as anyone else too.

Daryl was excellent. He made sure I knew all the options and was committed to me finding the right bed for me. There was no over selling I would go to bensons again.

The staff (Shaun) was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all products and did not press you in anyway we went with the intention of looking but he was so helpful and the price was good so bought an ottoman bed and mattress.

Served by store manager who couldn’t be anymore helpful to my sister on choosing a mattress for her condition. Guarantee if not suitable within 40 days alternative can be chosen. Can 100% recommend if need help choosing either bed or mattress
