The website is a nightmare it doesn't allow you to amend orders in your basket and have to delete.
I totally disagree that if your having a bed or product assembled then you shouldn’t have to pay for delivery. Dreams you don’t it is included in the price.
The share to store didnt work even though website says share to store, i did that not heard from them and when I called they didn’t have a clue. Darrell at chesterfield was very good and explained it all.
That said I have had one bed before and it is good quality just a shame the extras boost up the price.

I went to the chesterfield store and the customer service was amazing. Darell who had made our experience even better he made sure we was happy with everything giving us the best deals! the shop was very good and helpfull but…
the shop was very good and helpfull but then the first delivery team wouldn't put the mattress up the stairs they claimed it would damage it ,they were adament it wasent going up there ,they offered me the option to sign a waver for damage but said it would void any warrenty.
they told me to go back to the shop and complain.
the manager was very helpfull and said he would get it booked in for a re delivery and not to worry about it as he would ensure they got it in.
the second delivery team came 4 days later and had no problem at all it went strait up .
they were shocked when i told them about the first team.
i remember the first team telling me it was there last drop of the day !
we were very dissapointed and had make the bed up again .
