We had a knowledgeable member of staff who guided us through the many different mattresses available. We were not rushed and because I had to try several mattresses twice before I could make my final decision, was very patient. Great variety of mattresses and beds available to view.

Everything arrived at the time they…
Everything arrived at the time they said it would. It was well packaged and looks great when assembled.
The guys who assembled the bed were brill and explained about how to get to the storage underneath and close it again.
The guys who built the rest of the bedroom furniture were also brilliant, showing how things open and close, snd how to maintain them.

We made 2 trips to the store first to check out the mattresses then when we had made up our minds to purchase we went back and chose an ottoman bed on both occasions the store Manager Shaun was extremely helpful, he made the process a pleasant experience and gave us plenty of time to look. Bed being delivered tomorrow so unable to comment of delivery.
