Excellent from deciding which bed to buy, getting good advice, delivery men keeping me updated and taking the bed through to the room where we asked. Couldn't ask for better service.

The help & advice of the salesman was great. Apart from going round trying all mattresses and becoming mattress blind, he was able to advise which select few would be best to try dependent on my needs.

Thank you for your fantastic review! We're delighted to hear that our salesperson was able to make the mattress-buying process easier for you. With so many options available, it's completely understandable to become "mattress blind," so we're pleased their knowledge and guidance helped narrow down the choices to those best suited to your needs.

Everything arrived at the time they said it would. It was well packaged and looks great when assembled.
The guys who assembled the bed were brill and explained about how to get to the storage underneath and close it again.
The guys who built the rest of the bedroom furniture were also brilliant, showing how things open and close, snd how to maintain them.

The people who delivered were very…pleasant and efficient
The people who delivered were very efficient and did a good job.
The downside is we had a call early about 6.20am to say that they would be with us in 30mins.
We had just showered and needed to dismantle our bed and carry everything downstairs. As we are pensioners this was very stressful.
The driver explained that our job had been added to the list that morning so they couldn't let us know earlier.
