Staff pleasant and helpful.

Very helpful shop assistant. Explained the differences between types of mattress and beds. Overall experience very good

The saleswoman Sonya knew her stuff. Very knowledgeable, excellent at her job. Good customer service skills, overall very pleased with her service.

Excellent customer service. Helped my mum find the bed she needed

The lady was sp helpful. My husband is disabled so could not test the bed out. But she made space for him to be able to feel the mattress

We where drawn to a few deals which where as we entered the store and we took further interest when the mattresses in question where sold to us through your assistant knowledge of the product.

In store everyone was very helpful

An absolutely fab service. We were made to feel relaxed. No pressure. Straight forward and easy transaction from start to finish. 😄😄😄

The sales assistant, Jane was very knowledgeable about the mattress we bought. She was very friendly and helpful too.

Sonia was a pleasure to deal with, she listened to our requirements and casually talked us through our options. She was never pushy or talked sales jargon, just straightforward facts in a pleasant Yorkshire manner. She's a credit to your company!

The assistant was very helpful and informative. He helped us get exactly what we wanted.

Knowledgeable staff really supported the purchase of my.new mattress. The member of staff was attentive and personable. Would thoroughly recommend.

The staff we all so lovely especially Jane that listened to what our needs were. We wasn't rushed we were given the opportunity to try the mattresses and left to make a decision we wasn't forced or harassed. Highly recommend the Castleford store

Great service from Kieran at Junction 32 Castleford.

Good service

When we walked in the store was welcoming followed by Jane who was really helpful taking the time to listen to what we wanted and recommending the best option. She took the time to explain the delivery options as we are moving house soon and also how the deals work really great shopping experience considering we where buying on the the big home items and spending quite a bit of money going through it with Jane reassured us of our decision
