Shirley at the cannock store was loveley and helpful, she said that the delivery men would take the sofa bed upstairs. Upon delivery the men said that they did not unpack and assemble and left it in the hall. I'm late sixties and my husband late seventies, we managed to unpack the item and had an almighty haul to get it upstairs. W wont be using Bensons for Beds again.

We had a really positive experience at Bensons for Beds in Cannock. Rachel, our sales assistant, was lovely from start to finish. She never once made us feel pressured and gave us plenty of space and time to look around and make our own decisions. Whenever we had questions, she was extremely knowledgeable and informative, and nothing was ever too much trouble.
I later phoned to place our order and spoke to Lisa, who was equally fantastic. She was incredibly patient, helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.
Both Rachel and Lisa made the experience so easy and enjoyable, and we would definitely recommend Bensons for Beds Cannock. Thank you both .

Great support from sales staff helping me to find a good comfortable mattress match for me. Delivery was within one week and delivery was on time. I can’t fault my experience so far. I just hope the mattress meets my needs and expectations.

I received amazing customer service…
I received amazing customer service from Emma in store. I popped into store to see if they had the furniture I was looking at online but due to the store size they did not have it however Emma approached me asked if I wanted to order it in or she would check another store to see if they had it available there. I went away feeling very confident and actually wanted to spend my money with that store due to the excellent customer service I had received. I went back later on that day she ran through my full order ran through the full invoice and costs. I felt she actually wanted to spend time with her customers rather than take your money and rush you out the door. She’s a credit to the team. Thanks Emma

A very happy customer
The staff at the store were from the start very helpful and considerate with the respect expected from a customer, I was notified at each stage of the way from order to delivery with the delivery people being helpful as were the shop staff.
