Fantastic services by Charlie & Ricardo
Charlie and Ricardo did a fantastic job with delivery and assembly services. The whole process for us was hassle free and they were very quick with all the assembly and disposing of packaging material. They were very cautious with moving the items to required room upstairs, not to cause any unwarranted scuffs. Overall very happy with the services provided by Charlie and Ricardo.

An extremely helpful and enjoyable experience in choosing a new mattress recently, made possible by Monju in the Cambridge store. No pressure, no rush and lots of useful information. Would certainly buy from Benson's again and recommend them very highly.

The staff were very helpful and polite, not pushy. The salesman that served us helped us to choose the perfect bed and mattress for us. Then he looked into getting us the best deal. Which we were very pleased with.
When the bed was delivered, they very polite and helpful. They recycled our old bed and built up the new bed. Thanks
