The bed choosing and buying experience at the now-closed Cambridge branch was excellent - I hope the salespeople have good new jobs. Unfortunately the bed was damaged on delivery and I had to wait an extra month. However, all the humans I spoke to personally were very helpful - for instance calling the Huntingdon branch up for help when the Cambridge one had closed, and the delivery / assembly team were excellent. I would buy again from them.

Last day huge bargain
We went to the shop on the last day of its closing sale and got a very good deal for a mattress. Despite only having limited stock left, the team made sure they understand my needs and recommended the best mattress available.
As a returning customer, it saddens me that the shop is closing. The shop manager, Monju, has been helpful, knowledgeable and friendly as always. I hope Bensons can find a new location in Cambridge soon - I will definitely return if so.

Rinsha was so amazingly patient and helpful in our search and purchase of a new mattress. With such an expensive item we came back a few times to be sure, and she was always so accommodating, offering great advise and support. The Manager Monju was equally as friendly and helpful. Visited Bensons for beds - Cambridge Sunday 6th Sept 2026 and the experience was excellent. Plenty of beds to chose and many staff available to help. When shopping I like to be left alone so that I can decide what product is best for me. The staff did exactly that and engaged when asked for help. The sale representative Rinsha was excellent and had great understanding of the products and her service was fantastic very helpful and friendly, well done Rinsha you were amazing, I will never forget the experience, thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Benson at Beds Cambridge. The store manager was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the whole process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience relaxed and straightforward.
What really stood out was how much they genuinely take care of their customers. The level of care, attention, and personal service was exceptional, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is a real priority for the team.
It’s such a shame that the Cambridge store is closing down, especially when you experience this kind of excellent customer service. The store manager is a real credit to the store, and I’m sure many customers will miss the team.
I would highly recommend Benson and the Beds Cambridge team to anyone. Excellent service, genuine care, and a fantastic customer experience from start to finish.

My husband and I are in our eighties and haven't bought a bed in years. We didn't know how things have moved on and we found your Cambridge store so helpful and patient in their dealings with us. Kieran went out of his way to explain different mattresses etc. and even delivered a bedside table, no longer deliverable under house rules.
