Bensons For Beds - Bromborough Recensioni

The gent I was served by today was a lovely lovely person, very helpful it was a pleasure returning to the shop, and he was there again.

Friendly, knowledgable service. Helped us pick the perfect bed for us. Thankyou Dave!

Good customer service

Went into the store with no idea what I wanted, but had a budget in mind. Dave from the Bromborough store was able to find me a great deal, and amended the order to suit my needs.
Great service

Manager was really helpful and we got exactly what we needed at a great price! Thank you

Excellent service, Emma who helped us was amazing and very knowledgable, we would definitely shop here again

Knowledgeable and friendly

From the start Dave in Bromborough was most helpful in helping me chose the right mattress for me. He encouraged me to try them out !! The booking of the delivery etc was so easy all arranged by Dave , all in all a great experience what a lovely chap especially considering I had to change the delivery date TWICE for personal reasons all done with a smile great.
Getting to the delivery its self again could not fault it. Had reminders for a good few days before delivery and time slot. Could track on the day exactly where the chaps were and what numbers they were on. I had a call saying they would be about 30 mins they were less than that and what a lovely couple of chaps, Vitalisus and Ben. Cheery polite and happy . They had the new mattress in and the old one out in no time at all. Very professional and smiling the whole time .
I have to say Bensons , all three chaps are asset to you and a good advert for Bensons.
Would certainly use Bensons again

Service in the shop and service pending and during delivery were both first rate.

Brian & Zayn were absolutely brilliant. Really friendly and helpful. They worked super hard. Would highly recommend

What a wonderful experience, Joe was absolutely brilliant explaining everything we needed to know and steering us in the right direction to what we needed, he is a credit to your company.
Plus Gary was brilliant at explaining all about the electronics that are in our purchase he also is a credit to your company.
Thank you very much.

Went to bromborough store, very helpful without being pushy.. great service from store to delivery..

Gina in Benson for Beds bromborough was fantastic. She knew everything there was to know about beds, frames mattresses and colours. She engaged our our whole family during our time in the shop and although we know she is a salesperson at no point did we feel pressured to make a purchase there and then. All in all it wasbthe perfect visit because we were just looking. Thanks to Gina we have now purchased 2 beds- thanks Gina

From Purchase to being kept informed to delivery and fitting this was a excellent experience

We bought a king size bed from Benson given great advice at the store in Bromborough to having the bed delivered and fitted all staff were very friendly and very professional would definitely recommend this store

I purchased bedroom furniture and can confirm that they are of beautiful quality, solid oak cupboards look great in my room. The purchase experience was very quick and easy on line and delivery time was about 2 weeks. I did feel sorry for the two older guys having to carry them up 2 flights of stairs to my apartment though. Eeekk

Went into the Bromborough store for a new mattress, we had something specific in mind and the manager Andy provided us with exactly what we were looking for, he was very knowledgeable about the mattress types suggested trying two different mattressess when we couldn't decide on the firmness which was a great idea and solved the problem, he was friendly but not pushy and we got a nice discount. Very happy with the service we received.
