We had very attentive and considerate customer service from Iqbal at the Brighton Store.

After a housing crisis my son was finally moving into his own home but needed an affordable, good quality bed and mattress. To be honest we didn’t think we could afford anything from Bensons for Beds and were considering buying secondhand, but went to look on the off chance of finding an affordable mattress. From the moment we walked into store Nick our salesman gave us his undivided attention and did his absolute best to meet our needs. He showed us a range of options in store, researched the available stock in the warehouse and worked with my son to find the right bed and mattress within his very tight budget.
Nick was really incredible and deserves full recognition for going the extra mile that night as he not only secured a sale but really made my sons week.

Upon entering the store we were acknowledged by nice friendly staff, Manisha was very knowledgeable but not pushy, gave alot of information on various mattresses, but then gave us time alone to discuss options, preferences etc.after choosing the sale was dealt with very efficiently. I have been kept well informed regarding delivery day and time and feel confident it will arrive on time

Me and my mum popped in to purchase a mattress, unfortunately we didn't have tons to spend this visit but we was welcomed in and shown around by Iqbal, who was really friendly and happy to show us around. They have pretty much every option for anyone's budget and needs, enormous display of beds/mattresses with most available in different firmness types, sizes, budgets ect, the showroom was impeccably clean, warm and inviting. Once we had picked the mattress, Iqbal made the transaction with us incredibly quickly and smoothly, he was very thorough, double checking all the order details were correct and that we was happy with it all while remaining friendly and professional. A very smooth and positive experience, highly recommend these guys. If I ever need a new mattress and have plenty of money I will definitely be going back to check out the expensive range!! 10/10 from me

Excellent service throughout. I was served by Manisha who was very helpful in showing me the various options available and giving me time and space to come to a decision. Also, a huge "shout out" to Nick the manager who offered to dismantle my old bed frame so that it could be taken away for recycling. I don't have anyone who could do this so it was a huge help to me. THANK YOU. A friendly and professional team.

Brilliant from start to finish. Nick was really good and very helpful. He made me try a lot of different mattresses but was not pushy in making me chose a certain one. He left it up to me.
Delivery men were in and out in no time and although given a 2 hour slot. They called 30 mins before

The missus and I popped into Bensons in Brighton just to do a bit of research and we were greeted by Ade, who gave some good pointers and suggestions on what would suit our needs.

We decided on the bed and mattress we wanted and we were guided through the whole process. Again, Ade was very helpful during this.

We've been using our new bed for 4 days and we are loving every second of it. It is extremely comfortable and we'll likely not get another bed for a very long time.
