We visited the shop in Brighton and the gentleman was very polite, introduced himself, asked what we were looking for then pointed us in the direction of where we needed to go and MOST IMPORTANTLY, left us alone until we had questions to ask. No hard sell, no pushy sales.

Brighton store is attractive and contemporary. Customer service is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable expertise. And Bensons had exactly the right products for what I wanted. I was made to feel very welcome. When I explained I was looking for a Goldilocks mattress in 4' size Manisha was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure.
I was kept informed very well at every stage and the whole process was smooth and hassle free.
Benson's are very good with their communication in all areas.
The mattress is sublime, well made and will be much loved!
