Bensons For Beds - Brighton Recensioni 

Brought a mattress from Benson’s after looking at other stores. We visited the Brighton store and the individual was very polite and one thing that was very much appreciated was the fact that he showed us where the beds/mattresses were that we were interested in and then left us alone. The other companies. we went to did not leave us alone from the point we walked into the store. Highly recommend Benson’s throughout.

Excellent service in store with knowledgeable staff

Very disappointed with Bensons and their advice, fed up seeing my partner wake up in pain every morning due to a very poor mattress recommendation. We originally purchased a Sealy mattress as my partner has back issues (5 worn discs) the problem is Bensons offer a very short trial period compared to others, and we found the Sealy appearing to be hard, speaking with Nick at the Brighton branch we felt we had no choice but to change, and he recommended a Tempur in medium as being the answer to our problems, the delivery was around 5 weeks, cost us more money as well as a mess up with finance and us having to take out a 2nd policy. And this is where the short trial period really shows it's not long enough, by the time the Tempur arrived, the Sealy mattress had begun to bed in and my partner was more comfortable, we felt we had no choice and the swop happened. Absolute disaster! The Tempur is too soft! My partner sinks, cannot turn over, wakes in pain pretty much every morning, cannot have a lie in as so uncomfortable. We rang the store and customer services at the time to complain ref the poor advice and were told sorry, nothing can be done as you have already swopped. So here we are, stuck with a £2000 plus Tempur mattress, finance, no way of changing. Bensons are happy they have their money, regardless of the fact a staff member is obviously completely inexperienced in giving advice for bad back sufferers.
Shocking company, I wish we had never used them and feel sorry for my partner, as there is nothing I can do to help him and feel helpless watching him every morning in pain. We can't afford another mattress or more finance, and why should we complete disaster!

Ade, the gentleman who helped me choose my mattress was extremely helpful. He gave me lots of information on which mattress would suit me best, and he really assisted me with advice on what to look for, and how to choose the most suitable one for me. Thank you very much.

Friendly helpful advice in store when I went in looking to but a replacement double mattress for my daughter’s room. Manisha and her colleague listened to my queries and provided suggestions and solutions. Happy to organise refund when we changed our mind about recycling pickup of our old mattress. Excellent communications and updates on the run up to delivery. Mattress delivered on time by two delivery persons and placed on the bed frame on our second floor as we wanted.

Brighton store is attractive and contemporary. Customer service is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable expertise. And Bensons had exactly the right products for what I wanted. So much nicer than ordering online. Everything is handled and explained and I feel confident in my choice, the good value and the service. Thanks to Ade in the store.
