Friendly and helpful staff

Very welcoming when walking in, told me what I wanted to hear, & price seemed okay. All done within 30 mins, waiting on delivery 14th Feb (less than 3 weeks from order) - let's hope they keep to this!

The staff was very helpful on seval occasions and patient with all my queries giving me option and measurements for different size waldrobe I went for the 6 door waldrobe with lights and it's beautiful

A great experience from walking into the store , trying out a sofa bed and having one delivered as scheduled 5 days later. The showroom guys were very professional, clearly explained our options and we purchased one there and then. Delivery was prompt, driver gave us a call 30 mins out and politely got the sofabed up into our spare room very efficiently. We purchased beds and bedroom furniture from them a few years ago and they have maintained their standards over the years. Happy customers.

Good to research on line but then discuss your needs with someone in person in store and also to actually see the colours available and also for the headboard. Good to see the actual headboard rather than just on line and again see the colours available. Also to be able to discuss the different mattress options and how to care for them. Altogether a good experience and purchase made.

Choosing a bed is not an easy task but the staff at Bensons made it easier by answering all of our questions and giving us time to try countless mattresses countless times.
We eventually found the right bed for us and delivery is soon.

Walked in I knew what I wanted the salesman showed me the mattress I wanted and he suggested that I try a mattress made especially for benson for beds similar to what I wanted tried it and it was more comfortable and over a £1,000 cheaper so,he was there for me and not selling me the most expensive mattress

Easy to find the right bed then easy ti order and add things to help me like take ipd bed away set up new one as I'm on my own. It's great that they do all that

Amelie in the Bournemouth store was superb. Went in without a clue of what to get, but then after discussion with Amelie I came out with a bed, mattress and headboard that I was really happy with. Very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional throughout the whole experience.
