Polite, knowledgable and helpful staff. Not pushy but helpful. A good experience

Very efficiant and knowledgable salesman. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was explained clearly. We've paid for disposal of our old bed and for assembley of the new one, so hopefully that will all run smoothly too.

The selection of product was ery good and reasonable priced. But more importantly the customer service was excellent and knowledgeable without being pushy to ensure we got the right mattress we needed.

Our mattress was delivered on time today. Excellent communication from the two delivery guys on where they were. They were careful and considerate in our home and polite and friendly. Alex and Keiran were so efficient in removing the old and delivering the new mattress. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and Bensons for Beds every time. Thank you.

The sales person David was excellent. He wasn't at all pushy. He knew exactly which mattress to recommend based on what I told him. He was very knowledgeable. We bought an Ottoman storage bed & hybrid mattress. The prices were reasonable. Delivery time stated as 3 weeks. They do charge delivery. We thought this could have been free, considering we had no choice but to have the flatpack bed delivered & we spent £1200. They offer insurance to repair or replace.

I went in looking for a new mattress and Glenn was so helpful and told me what type of mattresses would be good etc. He was very patient while I tried out a lot of different mattresses and was not pushy at all which I really appreciated. I actually ended up getting a new bed frame and wardrobe as well as the mattress which was definitely down to Glenn helping us so much with my initial mattress query. Would definitely recommend benson for beds and especially Glenn to everyone.

The staff at Bensons were great and very knowledgeable with helping me find a new mattress and did me a great deal.

The removal men were brilliant they used as well to deliver the mattress and bring it up.

We had selected a mattress and tried to get it elswhere, but only Benson for Beds sells the one we wanted, so had to pop back and buy it.

The staff in the shop were good however my booked delivery was cancelled a couple of days before it was due to stock delay and given a date for 2 weeks late. Received a call day before 2nd delivery to advise my mattress was coming but the frame was delayed. It was shipped from Malaysia and the container was lost at sea and couldn’t give me another date. Was told I would have to wait and would be minimum 3 weeks.. No help as no answer from customer services and the shop refunded me but had to wait up to 5 working days for credit to my card. The refund still not showing as pending had to involve credit card company
