Absolutely brilliant service from BfBs Blyth. Ben and Davy were excellent, really informative, friendly and didn’t push a sale at all. Willing to ring up a Sealy rep when I had questions they couldn’t answer. Felt supported and confident in making a decision on a mattress - it’s a big deal that you have to live with daily, so you don’t want to get it wrong! I visited a couple of times to lie on the mattresses (and tried other mattresses elsewhere too) but found the right mattress - a Sealy Brontë - and service in Blyth.

Mattress is DELIGHTFUL. Delivery was smooth and professional. And I look forward to going to bed. Also bought an Igel contour pillow - love it. Really firm and supports in the right spots. Wish I’d bought 2 with the Black Friday discount, as I can’t justify another at full price.

Overall a really good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Davy, Ben and the team to anyone.

Excellent service from walking into the store to the delivery. Everyone was very helpful, we weren’t pressured into ordering anything but were given useful information and advice. The delivery was earlier than expected but the drivers contacted me to check this would be acceptable.

Great display on entering the store. Approached by a lovely chap, very knowledgeable, recommended which bed would be good for my hip condition. Answered all the questions professionally. Recommended additional products and gave a very professional service.

We received great advice when purchasing our mattress and did not feel pressurised in any way.
On the day of our delivery we got plenty of notice of when the delivery would be made. The two gents who delivered the mattress were friendly and accommodating. We'll done Bensons excellent service.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Using the machine to work out my preferred firmness was really handy and the staff member helping me was knowledgeable but not pushy.

Lauren listened to our requirements and gave expert advice. Lauren is very knowledgeable of the products and gave us confidence in our purchase. Lauren was cheerful, friendly and professional.

We were met by a friendly and helpful gentleman named Dave. He asked a few questions and then advised us what he thought we would need, whilst emphasising the final decision was ours. He explained what was on offer and then left us to examine and try out all that we thought would suit, saying was on hand to answer any questions we had. This to us was ideal as we were able to choose with no pressure but had Davey on hand to help which he did do. All in all a very good purchasing experience.

Advice on purchase was above & beyond, Delivery chaps courteous & friendly. I pointed out a very visible "Dent" in the leather headboard where something had been laid against it, they took images and said the they had sent them to the shop who would be in touch within 24hrs by email or phone call, unfortunately I've received neither. Bit poor considering I've spent over £2'200

Update . . .Bensons customer service contacted me via Tripadvisor and asked if I'd supply them with all details which I did. After waiting a further 4 days without hearing anything, I contacted them, I was offered a £55 voucher . . . . . for Bensons for Beds ! ! ! !I'd just bloody spent £2'240 on a new divan, mattress & headboard and they offer me a voucher to buy even more beds
HOW RIDICULOUS CAN YOU GET ! ! !
Then on Tuesday 16th someone from customer care ( Think you need to change that name by the way ) contacted me and said They would be in touch 24 -48hrs to give me a refund.
Yes, you've guessed it, no ones bothered.
Customer Care . . . .maybe you need to Google the meaning.

From Sales to Service everyone was excellent. If there was an issue everyone acted with care and got it sorted. Ben in the Blyth store couldn't have been nicer 🙏

Lovely guy Stu in the blyth branch that was just covering from Stockton branch. He was really helpful and took a lot of time answering our questions and explaining all about the different mattresses. Wasn’t the least bit pushy and was very patient. Lovely manner, lovely guy.

A mixture of great product knowledge and friendly approach helped us to navigate the choice of mattresses and beds available to arrive at the perfect product to meet our needs. The order process was explained fully and was very straightforward.
