Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order. Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.

Team Bensons
not pestered or hassled, good experience
we went looking for some mattresses and from the start we were not being pestered or hassled, we were left to look around and were asked if we needed help and we asked for advice when needed which we got.
the woman serving us was knowledgeable and gave us the space to look around
we tried the sleepro bed to narrow down our search and hopefully the mattress will be great when they arrive
no problems and would recommend them.

Brilliant customer service!
Excellent service from placing the order in the shop to the delivery! The salesman Stephen Martin was very helpful & friendly & made ordering a very easy process! Andy & Adam the two delivery lads were brilliant! They were very helpful & polite & even removed their shoes before entering my home! Very respectful young lads! Excellent service all round! Very happy customer.

Steve asked how we were getting on and advised when we asked the questions. He made himself available and allowed us to try numerous beds and mattress before we made our decision. He explained the process of purchasing, delivery and the removal of our old mattress. Great experience.
