Purchased a mattress from the Bishop Auckland store, Wanted a good mattress to support my back problem, spoke to Steph who was super helpful, very supportive & knowledgeable, she was patient and listened and wasn't pushy, my daughter thought she was fun which made the experience so much easier as its never easy shopping with a 12 yr old if you're not shopping for them 😂. Would highly recommend

Cant fault the staff
Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order.
Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.

No messing. Found the bed I wanted, staff dealt with my needs immediately and was informative of the choices available. Ordered and dealt with within 20 minutes! Delivery suited my needs. Just waiting for the bed now. Happy days!
