Cant fault the staff, Decent selection of mattresses. No drawn out process when it came time to order.

Expected a quicker delivery date but the timescale they gave wasn't that bad.

No messing. Found the bed I wanted, staff dealt with my needs immediately and was informative of the choices available. Ordered and dealt with within 20 minutes! Delivery suited my needs. Just waiting for the bed now. Happy days!

Steffanie made our experience great, we walked in with our son knowing we only had that day free to find a bed. She made our son feel welcome while helping us decide on the right mattress for us. She listened and gave us her expert advice. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured and she gave our son pens and paper while we had a minute to discuss what we wanted. She went the extra mile to make it an easy experience. We made a purchase and are very happy with our choice.

Delivered within the time slot given , called to give 5 minute notice. They didn’t unfortunately check the plastic packaging was clean and left me with a black sticky stain to try and remove from the stair carpet

I ordered a double bed and mattress for a spare room. It was delivered within a week . The delivery men were polite and courteous Very good service overall. I look forward to my first house guest’s comments when they use the bed for the first time.

I went into store and wasn’t really sure what I was looking for. I explained my situation to the member of staff who was helping me and she showed me some options. Once I’d decided on a frame she left me to test out different mattresses. It was simple to find what I wanted and everything was explained to me while I was sorting out finance options. I’m just waiting on my new bed being delivered now as it won’t be ready until September (thats the only down side)

We called into the bishop auckland store over the weekend and purchased a bed, mattress and childs mattress. We were greeted by a staff member (steph) who was really knowledgeable on the products and was great help selecting the right products but was also fantastic with our little girl, she was brilliant the whole time we were there with us and our little girl who took a liking to her. Nothing was too much hassle and made it so much easier for us, one of the best store experiences ive had in a long time.
