We were met by Kaylee who was very knowledgeable, understanding what we were looking for, explaining the options and making sure we tried the various matresses to ensure we found what we needed.

She then explained the payment options and secured a provisional delivery date.

Everything was then documented so we knew what we were being quoted for. The fact there was no "hard sell" was appreciated. We then looked at other options and, having decided that Benson's provided the most suitable products, we returned and placed the order with Kaylee. Her efforts are much appreciated.

Best for beds etc

The help in making the purchase was very good and the sales person was very friendly and supportive.

I am usually scared to enter bed shops because of the hard sell and being pounced on, but i nervously entered the Ashford branch and had a completely different experience. Wendy was polite and welcoming but didnt put any pressure on me. She allowed me to look round and browse but when i asked for help and advice she was amazing and knowledgeable. Despite my kids constant changes of mind she was patient and helpful. The payment part was easy. The only negative would be that the £69 delivery charge was not very upfront. I didnt see any signage about this and only a delivery chage was mentioned, not how expensive it was. I would expect a delivery charge of £25-30 for something like this. Better still, i would be happy to collect from store to reduce this cost.
Overall, a very good experience despite my anxiety around bed shopping caused by previous experiences.

After being let down by another bed company ( they weren’t a “dream” to deal with). It’s been a great experience from first visiting the shop,( Wendy was very helpful). Great communication from the date the bed was purchased to the delivery. Professional service from the delivery guys, bed was assembled and very happy with the overall experience. Would recommend.

Really helpful assistant, didn't try to push my budget , listened to my needs and didn't push highest priced mattress,giving me time to test and think about the best item for me.

The sales advisor in store was fantastic and learned our requirements, before speaking to us about the suitable options available.

Right from the off, my experience of Bensons For Beds has been outstanding! John in the Ashford branch was so helpful. I'd been looking for a bed for my daughter for months but whilst purchasing a sofa bed I saw the perfect bed for her room. Ended up buying both! Delivery team were brilliant also, really friendly and efficient. They even took the heavy boxes upstairs to the spare room (I would never have managed those on my own!).

Well done Bensons! Your Ashford team are hands down the best and I won't go anywhere else in future!

He was polite and extremely helpfull.
The reason we purchased from Bensons Coventry was due to product price them being so helpful and no aggressive selling.

Very good customer service in store. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive mattress but listened to my needs and showed me what I asked for. Delivery was prompt within the 2 hour slot and was easy to track. I was given a call 45 minutes before arrival.

My experience purchasing this mattress from bensons from start to finish was faultless throughout. The team in store delivered a great customer experience, knowledgeable, happy to listen, help and advise my son with choosing a mattress that suited his needs and showed great skill at engaging with him and providing options (not always easy with a 16 y/o who already knows everything anyway…). Great communications after purchase from delivery team and delivered with ease. Very happy that we chose Bensons.

Knowledgeable sales assistant, who showed us several options that helped us finalise our choice. It's nice to go in a showroom as see and touch the products rather than buying online
