It's just under a week the bed is delivered. Until now everything from the staff at store helping us choose the right bed with mattress and delivery date/assembly/ binning our old mattress... have been top notch . We bought the motorised storage bed. The functioning is good. The mattress is very very comfy. But its only under a week now. So cannot fully say about the product itself. So far so good! 5 star to all the staff who helped us in the process.

The assistant Tom was very good with explaining everything and showing us the various options for the type of mattresses we needed to replace. He gave us plenty of time and space to discuss privately and ask questions before making a decision.
We were very pleased with the service we received from Tom, an asset to your company!

From walking into the store to having out new products delivered and installed was a pleasure!
Salesman in store,Jon,couldn't have been more helpful, without pressure. Took time to find out our requirements and walked up through a number of options. Delivery guys, Jack and one other, were brilliant,taking out old products and taking time to show off the newly installed ones. Couldn't fault the service at all.

The guys were good, delivered the bed to the room. Unlike the online description, there were no overshoes used and no gloves. They did however bring everything in before wiping their feet to deliver the items upstairs.
In store Wendy was great and it was her service which made the sale. She listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something different.

When i went to Benson for beds in Ashford I spoke to a lady and told her I needed a new mattress because mine was to firm, she showed me a few mattresses that would be good for me and I picked one, I did the pay monthly interest free which really helps, I also got 2 new pillows, I tried the pillows in store and found a very comfy one, however when I received the pillows they was not the same, the ones I tried were not thick at all but the ones I recieved were to big and thick so I won't ever order pillows from a bed store again, hopefully i can return them or that is £110 wasted on 2 pillows that i can not physically use, popped into the shop and the assistants gave me some great advice on how to adjust my pillows

Very helpfull staff

Good price and quality and they delivered when they said they would as well as taking our old mattress away for recycling.

I liked the way no one pounced on us while we were browsing but it was great the way Jon seized the opportunity to explain to us about pressure points on the mattress we were trying. Finding the bedstead and head board we were happy with just fell into place with the help he provided. He helped us no end. Very informative and so keen in his job.

Happy with the purchase but delivery time was too long, had to wait almost 2 months to get it.

Only slight criticism was that the new mattress plastic protective cover was wet and muddy on one side. When I pointed it out to one of the delivery men, he just said it was where it had been laying in the van... Very little attempt to clean it off before carrying it up the stairs, where it was very close to the wall.
Otherwise, they took all the packaging away and explained things well.

Plenty of choice to look at and test. Wendy was lovely and got us all sorted.

Really good great lady good customer service

We (my two adult daughters and I) visited your Ashford (Kent) branch yesterday to look at new beds for both of them. We were met by Jon who spent a fair amount of time listening to our requirements and offering advice on which beds and mattresses we might like. We decided on the mattresses and one bed frame and then said that we were going to explore our options at other places. Jon was professional and friendly and we felt under no pressure to buy there and then. We did look at a couple of places today, but returned to Bensons. Jon remembered us, our names and which items we had chosen. We changed one mattress for another, again guided by Jon, and bought the lot. We wouldn't have chosen Bensons over the next high street retailer, but this personal and professional service means that we would choose them again. Thank you.

Good choice of beds. Helpful staff who gave you space to consider. Bought our bed of choice. Waiting for delivery . Only downside delivery cost a bit high for what I consider is local.
