After an unpleasant experience. The Bensons team sorted out the wardrobe issues I had. It's taken about 9 months but it is sorted out and I now have a full functioning wardrobe.

Visited Dalton Park bensons for beds on the 23rd of June where I was advised by Sharon on double beds she showed me the matt climate air mem 6000 and different headboards tried another bed but decided on the above she was very pleasant and experienced and the transaction was carried out in no time very glad I purchased my bed there having had experience with bensons years before

I popped in to the store just to see what was available, after browsing for a while a member of staff approached asking if I needed any help, I had my daughter's with me and she was just as hospitable to the girls as she was with me. This instantly relaxed me and allowed me to decide on what kind of bed I needed. She helped me with the different styles, how the mattresses come in different levels of firmness etc. The whole time I was in there, any costs were always explained and justified, I never felt she was just trying to get as much out of me as possible. Im also terrible at understanding colour themes in rooms so she assisted me in choosing a good colour for the bed.

I'm incredibly grateful for the time and support I received in store, thank you.
