Bensons For Beds - Aberdeen Recensioni

Knowledgeable staff who were very helpful

Good service.
Just would have been ideal if the bed we wanted had been in stock.

My husband and I wanted a new bed frame, headboard and mattress. The first store was Bensons in Union Square Aberdeen branch. Angus showed us the selection they offered, he was very friendly and allowed us to try out all the beds and gave us time to discuss while he helped other customers. We looked at other stores in Aberdeen but the staff were not as helpful as Angus from Bensons and they had great products and great prices in the sale. We bought a bed and are waiting for delivery.

Quick and easy

Great helpful staff.good choice od beds and quality mattress.looking forward to by delivery in July.thank you.

Prompt helpful service. Helped us pick out the appropriate bed and gave good advice

Went into the showroom and the gentleman helped us look for a bed without been forceful. We said we would go for some lunch and come back and we did.

Attentive staff member, polite, very helpful, fully explained different bed and mattresses available

Staff were very friendly and also very helpful. They gave good advice but weren't pushy when it came to buying our mattress. They made sure we were definitely happy before we made our purchase. Nothing was a bother to this young helpful team. Would highly recommend them and we will be back in the future for sure. Also their prices are very acceptable and they have something for all budgets

Easy transaction and very helpful assistant

Very helpful with no pressure to buy at that moment. Knew all about various beds and very friendly.

Good experience and quality was good present in showroom. Hope will receive the product as same and in mentioned time.

What a great service we had at Bensons from the assistant Daisy to spend time showing us all the options, explaining what the types of matress were and trying them out to ensure that they were getting the right bed that we we're looking for. Great help and support through the whole time 👍

Please don't use this place.
I ordered a new Bed and bedroom furniture in white, when it come the bedroom furniture was cream and bed was white.
They will do nothing about it and was told if I return them I will lose 20% on each item, I'm disgusted and now stuck with unmatched furniture after spending nearly £2000.00

Staff very courteous and helpful they also had a great deal of knowledge regarding products for sale.

We visited the Aberdeen store to look at king size mattresses to replace our existing one. Gary gave us excellent advice and was very knowledgeable on the available products. Received a 2 hour delivery slot, then a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived. Impressed with their efficiency and speed at taking the old mattress away and positioning our new one.
Our new I-gel mattress is very comfortable and we are delighted with it!

great service from staff in Aberdeen.
Very helpful and gave us information to make the best purchase.
delivery worked well and we were happy with all aspects of the service.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant

Excellent, Daisy was helpful pleasant to talk to, and very patient. Excellent service.

Good experience all representatives were polite and helpful only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is I asked about recycling my old mattress and was told this is not a service they offered only to find once I received my invoice and other services offered that you did in-fact offer this service not a disaster but disappointing as I’ve now got arrange this service
