I was asked by my mom to write this review as she wanted to make sure her experience was communicated correctly.
She had an accident, her first accident ever. My mom does not speak English, so finding someone that spoke her language was very important, what she never expected was someone that spoke Spanish and the level of compassion that Michelle showed her. The process was so overwhelming for her that having Michelle as a case manager was a breath of fresh air. No matter how stressed or in pain, she knew how to make things better for her. She got the treatment she needed, the attention she needed, and the kindness she never imagined she would get.
Thank you Michelle for taking such good care of my mom. I would recommend this office and Michelle to anyone that needs help with a car accident, you are truly the best!

Im from new jersey and i got rear ended in las vegas , i flew back home next morning. I spoke to Cassidy , and her team did everything they can to help. I never thought I would get injured at the gym, lifting heavy has always been my therapeutic stress reliver.
