Tracy was very helpful when I called.
Tracy was very helpful when I called. I was considering getting a loan to pay off my Credit 9 account. She said that the company is now able to work with Credit 9 and get a lower balance. So now my payments are lower than they were with Credit 9, and they will be paid off faster.
