Online order flowers did not arrive on agreed date. Very disappointing I had to chase up. Difficult to understand person on phone as it was really noisy.
Quality of flowers poor . Package left on doorstep and had fallen over. Some flowers broken. Would not recommend or use service again.

I ordered from Belles Fleurs recently for my parents anniversary, they looked amazing and my mother has not stopped talking about them since. In all the years of receiving bouquets she said these was by far her best, I got a free upgrade to large too. I've always used this florist whether for delivery or picking up from their store and everyone raves about the flowers when they receive them. The arrangements are beautiful, staff are always helpful and delivery is prompt and never had a problem. I would definitely recommend this florist.

Prompt delivery . Flowers stayed fresh for over a week. Would never use any other company for flowers ever again

Got a photo of the flowers from the recipient. Although they were nice enough, they were not like the photo and looked dull.
Wouldn’t buy again from here.

** update in response to the reply - it isn’t harsh, it wasn’t based off a photo. Some of the flowers were dead and the bunch was dull!! Nothing like the advertised online.
I never give bad reviews - but the flowers were not good. Sorry.

My favourite florist, lovely selection of bouquets and always delivers on time.

The flowers were more spectacular than expected. Excellent quality and have lasted a week so far despite the warm weather.
Only issue was the delivery time. I had specifically requested after 2pm so that I would be there and that they would be a surprise. They were delivered in the morning and left on the doorstep.

Super fast delivery and gorgeous flowers

This was the best bouquet of flowers that my husband got so far. All the nice selection and one bird of paradise "very rare" in Ireland flower on it. I highly recommend !! :)

Had a bad experience 3days ago flowers didn’t last long wrote a review and got a response straight away new beautiful bouquet got sent out this morning with apologies couldn’t be happier will definitely recommend and will be buying again thank you belle fleurs great service

Beautiful bouquet of flowers and delivered next day.

I ordered flowers for my niece which were unfortunately delivered three days late by the courier and were sadly past their best. I contacted Belle Fleurs and they arranged for a beautiful replacement to be sent with a note of apology (although the fault was with the courier). I give 5 stars for the quality of the flowers and the excellent customer service. Thank you 😀
