I placed my order for flowers to be sent to my sister for my nephews 1st anniversary. I specifically ordered the blue beauty which is advertised on the website. Firstly I added a note to say early delivery in the morning which was not the case they arrived at 6pm in the evening with the water spilt all over the box and the card with a personalised message soaking wet. The flowers were nothing like what was advertised in the picture not even a blue flower in the bunch but yet they are advertised as blue beauty! I’m so disgusted with my order and would not recommend these to anyone!!

"Same day" delivery arrived at 11:00pm

If you want your special occasion items delivered at 11:00 PM, this is the place for you! After ordering at 8am and misleading me on the phone at 5:30 PM that they would be delivered between 7pm-8pm, they finally dropped off my order an hour before midnight.

When I reached out, their response was essentially: "Well, technically it’s still June 12th, so no refund." They completely missed the point of what a special occasion entails. Their "same-day guarantee" just means they’ll beat the midnight clock, regardless of how useless the item is to you by then.

Abysmal customer service and zero accountability.

Never again

Never again. The bouquets delivered were cheap and looked nothing like what was advertised or ordered. One arrangement never even arrived at its destination. Communication afterward was disappointing and unhelpful. I could share photos to show the difference, but it speaks for itself. Very poor experience overall.

Wilted flowers

Got a text from this florist on Saturday to say flowers were delivered to my door... no such thing. They eventually arrived Monday afternoon, they were in very poor condition when they arrived. I'd avoid this florist for this reason

I ordered flowers for delivery today…

I ordered flowers for delivery today and called this morning to confirm they would be delivered today. I got a ton of useless questions from the person and asked for swift delivery. It’s past 6pm, no deliverer. Called again, shop is now closed. Awful service, very sorry I used Belles Fleurs.

I’m giving 2 stars because the flowers…

I’m giving 2 stars because the flowers themselves were actually beautiful. Everything else about the service left a lot to be desired. Ordered from here 3/2/26. For flowers to be sent to a friend’s workplace. Realised the next day he was actually of work sick and contacted belles at 1pm to let them know of the situation and change the address to his home. This was done through email and received a quick response that the change was made. By 7pm that night nothing had been delivered so I checked the tracker to see where it was and it said a few minutes away. Then a delivery man named Tahir arrived to my friends door requesting to collect a wrongly delivered order of flowers . He then left apologised for the mistake and said he would sort it. I contacted the shop through WhatsApp and the person responding to me denied it was their driver/courier even though that was absolutely ridiculous. Then sent me a screenshot that the flowers were still in transit but I noticed the address had not been updated . The person then apologised and sent me an updated version of the delivery in transit to my friends address but still was taking no accountability for the mix up. At 9.30pm that night despite contacting through email and WhatsApp the flowers were still delivered to the wrong address and not my friends home. I expressed my disappointment through WhatsApp and they ignored my text and didn’t even bother to reply. Would never use this company again due to the ridiculous situation that unfolded.

Disgraceful company

Disgraceful company, I called several weeks before to confirm a delivery date, which was accepted and paid for, only for them to call me on the day and tell me that they couldn’t deliver the flowers, terrible customer service, and didn’t even try to help the situation

DO NOT USE POOR SERVICE

I ordered on the 6 April for my elderly 86 year old mother to send to her 90 year old sister for her birthday for delivery on 22 April. They took payment immediately.

On 22 April I received an email from the company which I did not see until the morning of 23 April saying as delivery was by DPD could they deliver on the 23rd April. I didn’t have much choice they probably won’t even deliver today 23 April.

Since they’ve had since 6 April to arrange delivery this is a very poor service. If they couldn’t deliver on the day requested they should have told me on the 6 or 7 April before they took my money and I would have gone elsewhere.

My mother is very upset it means a lot to send flowers and elderly people don’t understand the logistics of delivery. Personally I the service is very poor.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it’s shocking.

I ordered flowers 29/03/25 for Mother Day 30/03/25. I received my payment receipt with delivery date confirmed 30/03/25 and paid for delivery. At 23.30pm I received an email from the company advising they could not deliver until Tuesday 1st April 2025. I responded immediately to say I had received delivery date confirmation of 30/03/25. I received no response. I had to contact the company via Whatsapp the morning of 30/03/25 & was again told delivery would not be made that day. I was out of the country and unable to visit a florist myself & received no time to re order from another company as their email was only sent @ 23.30pm. The email I received from them was not addressed to me and was signed off 'Kind Regards J'. No contact name was provided. I am unable to give zero stars as a rating, so had to give 1 star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPNAY!!!!

Flowers to remember

I purchased flowers for my partner as it was her birthday lots of places let me down with half dry flowers but Bella flowers was great and spectacular and I got them delivered on her day which was brilliant one place to remember BELLA FLEURS

Delivery Date was not as requested

I ordered a bunch of flowers on the evening of January 28th for next day delivery outside of the Dublin area. I was able to select the 29th as my delivery date even though it after business hours. I received an email the following morning to say that next day delivery (29th) wouldn’t be available and would it be okay for delivery to be on the 30th. I was disappointed with this service as the website allowed me to select the delivery date even with an address outside of the Dublin area. I agreed to go ahead with the delivery as anything I ordered elsewhere on the 29th wouldn’t arrive on time either. The recipient was delighted with the bunch of flowers, however I was disappointed with the service.

Ordered flowers on 4.1.25 for a funeral…

Ordered flowers on 4.1.25 for a funeral to be delivered on 7.1.25 I had no communication from them, I contacted them in 7.1.25 to confirm delivery, and had a email 8.1.25 to say order was cancelled by delivery firm !!!!! TOO LATE to order anything else. Really poor communication and service

Unfortunately, due to severe weather conditions in Wicklow on 7th January, our courier, had to cancel deliveries for safety reasons. While this was outside of our control, we sincerely apologise that we couldn’t inform you sooner.

I ordered an expensive bunch of flowers…

I ordered an expensive bunch of flowers for a grave on a Tuesday and on Thursday I emailed to ask were they dispatched and I was told it never processed on their system so therefor weren't sent. I had gotten an email to say my order was received so that was a lie to begin with. The girl on the phone was of no help and offered no solution until I asked her to contact a florist near where I was to sort it. Thankfully THAT florist was very helpful but I had to organise collection myself. They barely apologised. Wouldn't go near them again. The customer service was terrible.

5* - stunning flowers!

I ordered a bunch of flowers on Saturday to be delivered to West Meath. Their communication was great and they emailed to let me know they'd be arriving on Tuesday. The flowers were absolutely stunning I am so happy with them! Especially given the long distance travelled. Overall 5* would highly recommend.

Saturday order for Sunday delivery 08.06.24

I found the process of ordering the flowers for delivery on a Sunday a really simple task to complete on line , I Initially contacted via Whattsapp and was answered immediately , the recipient was delighted with the arrangement and we also received a notification when delivered so an excellent service from start to finish

On the 17th we ordered a bouquet of…

On the 17th we ordered a bouquet of flowers for 62 euro + 10 euro delivery . the flowers should have been delivered by the 20th as this was our Granddaughter Birthday. On the 19th the company send us a mail that not all flowers where available. on the 21 we asked for an answer if our bouquet was delivered but it still wasnt . this time the company claimed DPD damaged the flowers and it would be redelivered and we received a photo of the bouquet that will be delivered. now its the 23rd in the evening and we still have no confirmation of delivery neither from bellefleurs nor our granddaughter. however our money was taken on time but the service wasnt delivered. we will ask for an refund for all the distress that this costed us and we could not recomend this company to anyone .
