I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother for mother's Day. I upgraded to large and paid 60euro + 10euro delivery and I cannot believe the bouquet received and how small it was. You would get the same bunch for no more than 25 euro in another florist. I trie Belle Fleurs for the first time and I ordered for my mother and another order for my mother in law, who also received a very basic bunch that look no more than a bunch from Tesco. Really very disappointing considering they were for mother's Day. I order flowers all the time from florist's so I understand the sizes etc compared to the price. What's worse was I emailed to say that I was disappointed, never looked for a refund or anything like that, was just letting the owner know we were disappointed and possibly my mother and mother in law received the wrong bouquets but they never replied so not great customer service. Wouldn't recommend.

I ordered the Wild autumn bouquet for my best friend’s birthday and when I saw the picture she sent it was even more beautiful than the picture online, not that I expected it to look identical. She was very happy, thank you Belles Fleurs team! Easy ordering process and expectations exceeded!

I had bought from Belles Fleurs before so that I knew I liked their range of flowers and accessories - Belles were very helpful in getting some flowers to me in time for a birthday gift.

Flowers are great, well packaged as well. I just don't like how they did about my message for my wife. They just printed it and stick like they don't care. They didn't event put my message in the center of the letter.

Tip: Put the "message/letters" at the top of flowers to look more romantic and easy to find.

Very efficient with excellent communication.

The flowers were not delivered on the birthday day. I ordered them 10 days in advance to ensure they would arrive on the birthday as a surprise. By 5 pm I heard nothing so I texted my brother who said they hadn't received them. The surprise was therefore ruined. I got no call to say there was a delay. I rang to see what happened. I asked the florist to get get the manager to ring me the next day as she was gone home. I got no call. Annoyed and disappointed 😞

Beautiful flowers, girlfriend absolutely delighted. Knocking a star off for price, quite expensive. Knocking another off because the personalised message wasn’t great. Printed on a sticker in really small font and stuck to a piece of card in a little envelope, presentation could be better on the message. Price aside, flowers alone were absolutely lovely.

Easy to use website, everything clearly displayed.
Had to alter the order afterwards and it was done within a day.

Ordered flowers for my daughters 20th birthday. The picture didn’t do them justice. They were far more beautiful in reality and the little extras like chocolates & calendar were such a lovely touch. Very good value for money.

Issues with the initial delivery from DPD but the guys were fantastic. They replaced the delivery no question and had a new bunch out the next day.

Belles Fleurs flowers are beautiful. I only order the flowers the night before and they were delievered the next day and the person I send them to was delighted. There was only one thing that I could fault and that was the card to say who the flowers were from was missing from the flowers but other that I would definitely recommed Belles Fleurs.
