I needed to make a change to an order I made and my phone call was answered and immediately altered as requested - sounds simple, but such good service seems to be beyond some other beer sellers.

Generally good but check you order. Mine was one can short.

Not a huge issue I know, but what really bugged me was when I took the time to email them, explaining the situation, after placing a large order, no one even bothered to get back to me……I’ll use them again but not for large orders.

All things good as all your staff are very helpful and very experienced.

After I made an error with my order, I rang BoE who sorted it instantly, enabling the beer to be delivered in time for my son-in-law's birthday - thank you!

Great selection of beers! Prices are reasonable if you are looking for something different. I Purchased from them recently, my shipment left them with DHL courier service and they were a problem in this transaction, delays and non-delivery, But when I called Beers of Europe to investigate they did, Mathew was great and helped me get my beers. Cheers Mathew!

It used to be such a good little site to get world beers. Now they rarely have anything in stock. Very disappointing...

As always, I was very well looked after. I asked Carol for something out of the ordinary, and she came through brilliantly.

Glad to see they got 4 plus points, thought I had been scammed for a moment. Said next day delivery and nothing arrived, ordered 15th for father's day. Not so great ehh but oh well, please just deliver soon as you can, order no 52933

On March 28, 2024, I placed an online order from the Netherlands with the web store "Beers of Europe Ltd". The package never arrived. After several contacts, I received the response that my order had been lost by the carrier. On May 6, 2024, I was finally asked whether I wanted to place the order again or if I wanted my money back. I opted for a refund. Now it is June 6, 2024, and I still have not received my money back. I have emailed several times and received a response that it is taking longer, but I really think this is taking far too long. I read good reviews and did not expect this. It feels like a scam. In short, I recommend that you do not order anything from the store "Beers of Europe Ltd" from abroad.

Thanks Carol excellent service you repeated my order and the few bottles that were out of stock you replaced with something similar, this is a great business, if you are reading this review try their onsite bar!!!!

Lager/Pils.....'Out Of Stock' seems to be the norm.

Beer arrived timely and well packaged. By the time we got to drink them 14 days had elapsed, so past the point of free return. I found 5 bottles that were out of date. I contacted them by email, no response, phoned them to chase. The response back is that they had none of that batch left on the shelves, so couldn’t verify what I was saying, I attached photos as evidence! They tried to justify it that it is a best before date not a use by date!! I could either return them at my own cost or accept a 10% refund. Basically they didn’t believe these beers came from them! Not great customer service to blatantly call people liars!
I expected an apology, what I got was being accused of lying. The after service is not great, they couldn’t care less. Told them I wouldn’t buy from them again - didn’t care.
I politely ask that you put extra checks and measures in place, as your ‘current checks’ have let you down and lost you a customer.

Most of the beers were out of stock, some of the beers I did manage to get were smashed on delivery by the DHL driver, who even took a picture of the box to prove delivery while liquid was leaking out on to the floor. When I emailed in about it to Beers of Europe, I was met with a sarcastic reply, not good people skills. Earned themselves a bad review on this occasion.

A fantastic service was provided regarding a previous order that my Dad had bought me. In his memory, and a toast, I aim to buy the same order each year, which happens to be at Christmas. Many thanks.

Had multiple issues with orders in past, but prices were decent. Now with prices going up 30%+ since May it's just not worth it any more.

Excellent customer service, friendly and efficient.
