Great, ever reliable service that opens up the world of beers.

Paid extra to have delivered last Thursday. All 3 parcels damaged by courier (APC) so did not arrive. Promised for Friday - did not arrive. Promised for Saturday- did not arrive. Courier website promised Monday - did not arrive and no communication from Courier. Beers of Europe communication was good. Order eventually cancelled on the Monday to be resent via Courier (DHL) - hope it arrived as promised.

The beer selection is great. It would have been 5 stars although on more than 1 occasion I have chose next day delivery and its taken 3 or 4 days. I'll see what happens next time as there doesn't seem to be any urgency when orders are put in.

I have been using your company a long time. The qulity of your producs are very good and the price too. If there are any issues which does happen anywhere. There is always someone around by phone or email to sort it out.

The choice of beers seems to be gradually diminishing
over the years, and the prices are increasing somewhat but that's largely the effect of Brexit no doubt.

First time buyer for two bottles of hard to get spirits, apparently they had 3 in on the Friday and I managed to get the remaining 2 on the Sunday, received a confirmation e mail that it was being processed on the Sunday and that was it until e mail from APC overnight couriers on the Thursday with a delivery time for that day, I did ask to make sure it was not EVRI, not sure what the difference is £5.99 for 3 to 5 working days or £7.99 for the same 3 to 5 working days but they got here safe and sound so cannot complain. On the delivery day it was windy and double rain but driver still smiling and polite so all in all busy time of year for sales and delivery company’s so five stars

The non-delivered order (courier -APC/first4logistics, beware. Order still at their depot a week later). Beers of Europe cancelled the original order, sent out a new batch which arrived an hour earlier than scheduled.

The beers were bought as Christmas gifts for work colleagues, the Classic Samichlaus beer

Looking forward to having mine and hopefully the guys at work will enjoy theirs too.
