Bed arrived within delivery time frame, however delivery driver was arrogant, unfriendly and seeming like it really was an inconvenience to deliver purchased product.
Think he should find different employment..absolutely has no customer service or people skills.

Buyers be aware and please do not order anything from Bedworld, AAAbeds,Birlea furniture and Express beds Ltd.
I place a order online on the 16th may for a Joseph Hallmark 8000 mattress priced at £644 and it got delivered on 24th may after taking the plastic wrap from the mattress i noticed straight away it was nothing like the one I’d ordered online. After numerous emails and sending photos they have said the one that got delivered was the right one. Which you can clearly see in all the photos I’ve took that it is not the same mattress. I had to give them one star because it don’t have the option to not give them any stars. I’m ringing trading standards in the morning to report them. Please don’t waste your hard earned cash on these companies because they are nothing but greedy scum bags.

Had a mattress for only a few months, have been sending emails and they have requested so many photos of which doesn't really demonstrate how bad this mattress is,, to buy a mattress and then for it to give such back pain in only being a few months old is disgraceful - it is suppose to be an orthopaedic mattress memory foam. it is like sleeping in a ditch .. company refuses to accept this.. dont buy from this company - really bad service - not taking responsibility of a rubbish not fit for purpose mattress.. DONT BUY

Finally finally after waiting 2 and half months and two promises of delivery i have received my delivery of trundle!!!!!
BUT NOT the promised 10% refund promised by Aisha for all the bother the company caused me
But the day bed is nice …. Just would like the promised refund @bedworld?????

Terrible service driver was arrogant left bed outside flat refused to help me carry it up, rang and e mailed bedworld no response after I had opened it and looked it was the wrong bed still waiting for them to get back to me 1 week later avoid at all costs

Good value king size divan bed. Very comfortable. Delivery went to plan - Idris the delivery driver was great - gave an ETA first thing and called with an update half hour out. Good service. Thanks

Delivery by Idris was great. I got regular updates, delivery was 4 days too late but at expected time on the day - and Idris was very friendly and helpful.
Big HOWEVER though::: the mattress did not meet expectations & I am sending it back. Bedworld will charge me £79 for the collection. What a waste of time & money!

bought my mattress at 5 pm on 14 january and it and it was delivered as promised on the 20 january before 8 am .the friendly delivery driver took it straight in for me and i think if i hadn't stopped in he would of made my bed for me beautiful mattress and from start to delivery i have nothing but good things to say about this company thankyou this is how to get your customers to return and buy again

The bed arrived looking totally different from the pictures online. I was told I was wrong and that the bed was fine. Upon further inspection the bed was ripped at the back and they had sent a double not a king size. They’ve stopped replying to me and now I’ve started a chargeback with my credit card. Avoid at al costs. I’m now stuck with big bed parts in my hallway that they won’t collect or refund me for.

The first mattress was damp and smelt the return and order of a new one went really well however the second mattress has arrived and still smells (not as bad) but it’s not a nice smell and we don’t want to lay on it.

Avoid this place at all costs.
My back was in agony as soon as I got into the bed and for a good few hours after I got out of it.
They will not exchange or refund.
They are in clear breach of the Consumers Act and they could not give a S**T.
I have had the mattress ripped apart and inspected and the investigators confirmed that it was mis-sold, not fit for purpose and likely to cause injury.
My solicitor is going to give them what they deserve, and I will make sure that the press are well informed about it too!

Bought a guest bed..single with pull out bed stored underneath. This was bought about 18 months ago but has only just been used for one night only. Absolute rubbish, the wood has split on the frame as it is obviously not strong enough..the dimensions being insufficient to support any weight. Quality is atrocious..will have to be tipped.

the most outrageous service i have received from you guys to date the driver refused to deliver the bed to the fourth floor even though i had a lift he was also arrogant and rude dropped my bed on the floor and my mum was disabled what if i wasn't there to collect it because of this disgrace of service i will never buy from you again and advise everyone else to buy from other sites

Daughter sent different mattress than advertised online, their rude customer services rep told her she doesn't know the difference between a foam to a wool filled topper, all by email because no aftercare by phone, well we've opened a section 75 misrepresentation to get our money back. I suggest all dissatisfied with the wrong item they receive do the same.

i purchased an adjustable bed from those con men and on 4 different occasions i had a delivery date and on 4 different occasions i had to pay someone to take my old bed out of my bedroom and put it in my spare room i just want to get my money back and go elsewhere

The products for sale by this company are advertised as high quality at discounted prices but don't be fooled folks, You get what you pay for CHEAP, low quality products.

Ordered a single bed for my daughter. Got told I was getting a delivery so dismantled her old bed and took to the dump. Waited in for a no show and daughter in bed with me. Been chasing it and got told again yesterday I was receiving the bed today. NOTHING! Time wasted, money wasted. On top, my child has no bed. I wasn’t caring for quality as I’m a single mother with very little income. All I cared about was price. Wasn’t expecting to get NOTHING. Now I’m scared I have lost £200, a huge sum for me and my children to go without and could have been spent on other major essentials. I’m still today calling and emailing to get little to nothing customer service or help. DONT BUY FROM THESE MONEY GRABBING NO SHOWS. They need to be investigated by authorities.
