Purchased a recliner bed for my 82year old mother who had just come out of hospital. Went to the shop so we could get advice on what we ere buying. We were mis advised and wrong mistress sent. Refused to refund and was really rude to me accused me of trying to get his colleague sacked! Avoid at all costs. Are now refunding through trading standards. I have never encountered such shocking customer service! How are they still allowed to trade???

Please Avoid them. They are scammers, they send you a lower quality than what you ordered and they don't accept change or replacement; the devilry put the stuff in front door with no help for putting in, no customer service reply, [Order #FS-79438] (3 July 2023)

bought £695 adjustable bed 14 months ago Mum had to go into care so donated to British Heart Foundation.They say they cannot take it as the base has no fire safety label . I am left to find somebody t6o give it away to. You expect something only a year old to have safety rating but it seems not needed for online sales. I am yet another disgusted customer.

Avoid at all costs. The mattress was apalling and I've been waiting for them to pick it up for 2 months. Absolutely dreadful, I wish I'd read reviews before purchasing. How can e-bay allow them to sell on their site?

Complete rip off! The mattress I received isn’t the one on the internet. I sent the first mattress back with paying a exchange charge and more money for a better mattress. The second mattress came I got I touch straight away saying it’s not the same as on the their site. He said, sometimes the colour varies, i complained the next day saying I can’t sleep on this mattress the turfed circle bits have hard plastic in the middle. I told him I’d had a hip replacement and it was impossible for me to sleep on this mattress. I said I could take it back to there nearest store! He said no we only do collections the change is £79. I’ve had to buy a mattress topper. This mattress is definitely not the one I bought from there site there sending copies not even a label stitched on or anything saying what brand it is. Hope this company gets what they deserve! totally just ripping people off.

After recieving the mattress I quickly realised it was incorrect, so I messaged on the same day I received it to inform bedworld and try to arrange collection. Their response has been rude, unhelpful and at times childish. They have no idea which mattress they've sent but refuse to accept that it's not correct. It's not even the right manufacturer. After I've 35 emails I've realised I'm getting nowhere. I will inform trading standards and hope they can help because I refuse to be ripped off like this. Only wish I'd checked the reviews here before wasting my money. Oddly there's two lots of reviews for bedworld and the 1st set has a 4.6 star rating where as this set has the more realistic 1.7. I'm furious at having been ripped off by these scoundrels, please don't allow yourself to fall into the same trap.

They delivered a completely different mattress than the one we bought.

Absolutely stay away from this company. The quality of the Mattress we purchased and the customer service is diabolical. All we have had has been terrible. All the money we paid was wasted, it would have been best to go to a brand and we’ll know bedding company. So so uncomfortable and rubbish, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered Joseph VIP 3000 double mattress 12 inches deep.ten days later mattress arrived 10 inches deep .Phoned bed world shop a very helpful lady apologies and asked delivery driver to take it back. She ordered again the mattress we paid for 12 inches deep. Again a week later different mattress arrived 11inch deep. It's not the mattress they advertised on their website and we ordered.Because we were desperate for mattress and already returned first mattress we decided to keep it. Bed world shop refunded £30 for sending wrong mattress. We have used 3000 spring mattress in the past and I strongly believe this is not a 3000 spring mattress.very cheap quality mattress. My advice is to avoid buying from bed world.waste of money and time. Trading standards should check their mattresses.

Purchased a bed and mattress from them 3 weeks ago after testing every mattress in the store decided on a Diplomat Pocket Spring 3000 Memory Foam Mattress when it arrived it was solid and not same as one tested called store and was told it will soften after a couple of weeks ..here is my report "Perfect" if you want a sore back "perfect" if you want pain in your hips sleeping on your side the mattress is supposed to be medium this one is firm to rock hard and still the same after 3 weeks of use store not interested or head office so time to invoke rule 75 of the consumer credit act 2015 ,This is a true account of my purchase.

Received wrong size bed, decided to live with it rather than try to sort out getting right size. Received nothing to connect divan base units together. Can't get through on phone or chat

Ordered a 2’6” memory foam mattress for electric bed (the same as I ordered last year) and hit a 3’ mattress was delivered which didn’t resemble the other mattress. It was a divan mattress. Tried in vain to phone but nobody answers. After numerous emails and photos sent and telling me I was wrong they agreed to send another mattress. This was wrong too so many emails later they agreed to and the correct mattress. This third mattress was delivered and was totally wrong again. I refused to take it off the van and thankfully I got my money back.

Terrible all round. Super king size mattress so much smaller that the bed sheets don't fit. Multiple messed up missed deliveries. Then turn up with 1 guy and make me deliver my own mattress and load into back of lorry resulting in a back injury. Missold product, terrible quality product, Terrible customer service. Terrible delivery. STAY WELL AWAY!

Tried to call this company in London no one answers the telephone.
Called their head office, they also tried calling them, no response ! Oh they must be busy, all day!?
How do you ever get an answer from this company, appalling customer services.

Ordered a bed, wrong bed delivered, ordered to send photos and still told it was correct, showed own store staff who said "it's not the correct bed"!. They finally agreed to refund and collect the bed, four wks later collected the bed a further 4 wks to get half the refund and told to refund short due to collection charge! No further return of full cost for the bed, so solicitor instructed and off to court we go!

After ordering a Reform Mattress from Bedworld and agreeing a delivery time of 2pm to 5pm no one came,i then tried to phone Bedworld on the phone number on the website (don"t bother takes you to a mailbox) i then sent 6 emails to Bedworld no reply,then the phone rings,delivery driver say"s he will be here 7 30pm no one came,phone rings again say"s he will be here 9pm came at 9 30pm,my advice to anyone is if you see a mattress you like at Bedworld try to find it somewhere else,very frustrating

The company cheats customer to offer the product from expensive brands, they send you "something similar poor quality. Then you open the case that it's not as described but you have to send the product back on your expenses....crap...complete cheating, never would recommend as they don't bother for their customers and products once you are hooked on.

Beware of this company. I recently bought what was stated as a 8in pressure relief stay cool memory foam mattress. What I got was a 10in damask cheep mattress that's sagging in the middle after 7 night. Trying to get my money back but according to the company I have got what I ordered but with a damask cover. No way is it even a memory foam. Its disgusting.

I BOUGHT A DIVAN BED FROM BEDWORLD.I NEVER HAD A DIVAN BED BEFORE.ONLY 2 SCREWS AND THOSE PLASTIC THINGS TO ATTACH H/B TO BASE.
NO REPLY TO MY FIRST EMAIL,SECOND EMAIL SENT.I WENT TO INTERNET FOR SPARS AND SCREWS
ABOUT HEADBOARD,NO HOLES MARKED TO ATTACH H/B TO BASE.I JUST FELT OPEN SPACE BEHIND FABRIC.
SET OF SCREWS TO BASE.HEADBOARD WOBBLES.I PAY MORE LATER FOR A BETTER BED ELSWHERE.
