I ordered a shampoo from Beauty Queens Cosmetics over three weeks ago, and I still haven’t received any update at all. I’ve emailed them three times, tried using their online support function, and they just don’t respond.

The whole experience has been unbelievably frustrating and completely unprofessional. I honestly regret ordering from them, and based on what I’ve been through, I’d warn others to avoid this company.

Terrible customer service and zero communication.

Avoid.

Am sorry to say that this shop is not the place to shop in. Only unless you want to be treated like a thief. I was followed around the shop asked ten times if I wanted a basket. Black people keep that shop going. But am not willing to be treated like a thief.

Today is the 9th November. I ordered 4 items online on the 14th October, paid for 48hr delivery and to date have only received 2 of them!
- The delivery came 3 days later, though I paid for 2 day shipping. They dispatched it 2 days after I ordered it, but thankfully Royal Mail was able to deliver the following day.
- 1 item was completely wrong, I emailed about this, they asked my to send it back and said they will look into getting the correct one. After much delay and chasing with emails, they then asked me to pick it up in store (which would have meant a 1.5hr round trip journey, paying for parking, etc), I told them this was not reasonable and asked them again to mail it to me... To date there has been nothing in the post.
- 1 item was out of stock. I was never informed about this, but only realised when I received a refund email.

If I had known that it would take about a month to get 50% of my order with poor communication, unreasonable expectations, while having to pay for shipping and go out of my way to arrange a return for an error made by them, I would not have done any business with them!

I wish I had come to trust pilot before to see the myriad of poor experiences and reviews. I am going to take this to trading standards/ the ombudsman and would advise those who've shared a similar experience to do the same. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

I really don't even want you rate 1 star but this is the minimum that you can review.
I have had the same problem as others, ordered a product, which was never sent, eventhough chased on email. The only route to this being rectified was through my bank, and raising a dispute, they issued a refund. Terrible company!

Ordered a hair care product and paid for Royal Mail tracked 24 - didn’t ever receive email confirmation, just some random text message! Couldn’t track the item and heard absolutely nothing. I emailed them asking where the item was and they did respond saying they’d look in to it - then nothing. So I emailed again asking for a refund given I’d waited well over 10 days for an item that should have been delivered within 2 days - they said they had refunded it immediately but obviously they didn’t. I contacted my bank who have refunded me. Do not shop here!

I bought Nivea Balm shave lotion from this place. I was sent out of date product . Do not buy from this place they do not refund any money back. . I have now evolved my bank to investigate and try to get my money

They have all kinds of Afro cosmetics range and all kinds of braiding hairs and human hairs clip in and weave extensions.

Good experience and affordable too

Wow!! Simply amazing. I was amazed to look at the range and quality of braiding hairs and human hair extensions. The good thing was they have everything to in every budget range.

I wish I had checked on here before ordering. If I could give it 0 stars I would!! Please do not order from here I beg you. They are nothing but con artists who take your money and never send out the products!! And all you get from them is automated messages or no replies. I have now opened up a case with my bank in the hope of receiving my money bank but we’ll see

They take your hard earned money and you don’t receive your goods, how companies like this can legally operate online I will never know.
This company does not even warrant 1 star but there is no option for zero stars.

Ordered a product then heard nothing for a couple of weeks contacted them then the excuses started awaiting a delivery etc then after another couple of weeks promised a refund on two occasions but nothing forthcoming. Fortunately paid by credit card so have gone that route and recovered the money owed. Beware if buying anything on line from this shop.

Had a very bad experience with this so called online store. I don’t know how I missed seeing the negative reviews they already had before going ahead to purchase. They used the picture of the soap I wanted on their website, but what they sent was totally different. I am so scared to use the soap. After I placed the order, I waited for some days and when I didn’t hear from them, I had to call. The guy has this accent I can’t really place and he told me the soap wasn’t available. I asked him for a refund as I had already paid for the soaps (I ordered 10 pieces and the shipping amount I paid was way higher than the total amount I paid for the soaps) and it was their fault for claiming it was available. He asked me to wait for two days, that they were expecting to get the soap (haz papaya), but if by then they still don’t have it I would be refunded. I called back days later and they refused to pick up, I had to call several other numbers before finally, they picked up. He said they still don’t have the soap and he tried telling me to take a black soap which I refused (he did this the first time I called too), so he said I would be refunded in two days. The money never came and after more than a week, my husband had to call them to demand for the refund immediately, and that was when they said they now have the soap and it would be sent immediately. Of course, they sent the soap. We received it a week later, and it is a completely different soap. I hardly leave reviews but it is important that I warn others so that they don’t make the same mistake I made. The online store beautyqueenscosmetics is a SCAM PAGE! BEWARE!

I am pursuing a refund through my payment provider and escalating the matter to relevant consumer protection agencies, including Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Too late for me, unfortunately hadn’t seen the reviews.
This company will take your money and not send the goods. Do not answer the phone or reply to emails.
My bank are dealing with them now.

This is a fraudlent company I Ordered Hair Spray 3rd July 2025 they said sent by Royal Mail 48 Hours tracking to this day even sending five emails I have had no reply and they have taken my money.They operate
through SHOP APP and still no replies Do Not deal with This company.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have just reported them to Action Fraud and will be reporting them to GOV.UK and HMRC, company number: 16259281. My worst experience ever with online shopping. I did not check reviews on this company as it appeared quite high in the google search so I assumed the company was legit.

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner with royal mail 48. The only email I received after I had purchased was paypal saying I had made the purchase. I thought that was suspicious. After a few days went by I checked my email and still nothing. I emailed them about it, no response. 2 days later I emailed them again...no response. They then mailed me back 2 days later saying that the products I bought were out of stock and they could send a replacement. I thought, why not. I chose two replacements and low and behold, no reply.

I then asked for a refund and they told me and I quote "dear we will dispatch it packing is ready will dispatch" I knew this was a scam at this point and demanded a refund, as it had nearly been two weeks waiting for a product I was supposed to receive within 2-3 days. Of course no reply, in the end I had to initiate a chargeback as they clearly were not going to give me my money back, never had an intent to and looking at these reviews now it looks like they scam ALL customers like this. Literally take your money and disappear. Insane. Never experienced something like this. This is not acceptable. How is the clear scam still up and running?
