I DO NOT go to any other hair and product shop but this one!

The range of products and hairs are immense, perfect for me as a mobile braider.
The shop is well arranged and organised so it's quite easy to find what you need and if not the staff are always on standby to willingly help ☺️

Let's talk about the staff...they are pleasant, polite, professional, welcoming, the list could go on.
They are able if recommending alternative products or hairs if the one you require is unfortunately unavailable at that time.

I am fortunate I live within the area of the stores location as it's accessible ✅

I've heard comments based on other hair stores and I'm loud and proud to say the store I frequent does not fit their category.
The reputation of this store is impeccable 10/10 💯

A lot of stock available for a small shop.

Read all the bad reviews . Asked them if its possible to order and if my product would be in store they said yes no problem. I asked them why others whos product were available and because of that they were able to order it, why they haven´t gotten their product. Answer: Online ordering is new. Huh? How can i be new if there a reviews from more than 2 years ago complaining about not having received their orderd products?? They said, well... its best if you come here and buy it yourself. I told them that i´m not even living in their country. No response anymore, no mater how often i made them aware that i´m still waiting for their answer. Months later i got on there asking if my product would be available in those 2 stores in Birmingham of which i sended the adress. They told me it would be available in all 4 stores of Birmingham. A lovely person went there for me. She not only went in one but in 2 shops of them in Birmingham. No product in both shops. I told them online. They didn´t care.No excuse, no compensation. Nothing.

The store has a good selection, but terrible service. You don't get an order confirmation, and in my case, no information about the reason for a refund (I did get some money back). The store also does not have IOSS status, so they do not pay VAT in European countries, so you may get a larger bill for non-payment of VAT. At least that's what you get in Denmark.
