The coat is great and worth the money however the sizing tag has been removed and the coat is clearly 2 sizes bigger than the size I ordered. Apparently they don’t take back sale items. Equally they don’t tell you they send any random size and just cut out the label! I’ll continue to pursue but please be vary wary.

I ordered well over a week ago, shop app says shipped but is not updating and I've had nothing in the post. I have emailed, messaged on fb and Instagram and nothing, no reply. This was ment as a present and I have a very disappointed daughter now. Spent over £150 with this company and I'm so annoyed I've not even had a reply.

Ordered on the 3/11:21. Items still not received Says shipped tracking does not work . Contacted them they said they would chase it never heard anything back . Update 11/11/21 after a few emails they have said they have issued a refund . Not showing in the bank yet will update if and when received. Refund received took
A lot of emails to get it back , a lot of stress and worry as it was Xmas presents I would never order again from this company . Loving the reply received today after 3 months I guess they hope after a few months you will have forgot and won’t reply to them . Trying to say that it was a fraudulent payment used . I’ve got your emails of apologies stating that the clothes were actually never in stock and payment should never have been taken . If anyone would like to see these emails please contact me

Ordered a dress a week ago on next day delivery and it still hasn’t arrived. I understand there may be delays but I have emailed, sent 3 messages in total and still no reply? I can’t even track my order on the shop app. I never asked for a refund and now a refund has been given? I only asked for tracking info
