The team at Yeppoon Beaumonts are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We were having trouble deciding when Jade stepped in and suggested something we had not even considered, it was the perfect choice. We have used Beaumont in the past and will do again.

Every time I go to the Beaumont tile shop in Yeppoon I am greeted by great staff who are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they take time to run through ideas with you. Today I just had a tile to cut. No problem at all, and a perfect cut. Outstanding service in a world where I thought service no longer existed. Richard

During the last couple of weeks I have been dealing with Michael at the Yeppoon store who has been helping me to choose tiles for my new home under construction. Michael's infinite patience and great design advice have enabled me to improve on my original choices. He is prepared to spend the time necessary to achieve a good outcome and is very personable and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending both Michael and the Yeppoon store.

A huge thank you to Jennie and the crew at Beaumont Tiles, Yeppoon. You went above and beyond to help us resolve a difficult problem. Although we were renovating in NSW, we found ourselves 2 tiles short after an error was make in the laying of tiles in the bathroom. We tried all the local stores but were unable to find just 2 matching tiles. We were passing through Yeppoon on a Friday afternoon and called them just on the off chance. Not only were they able to secure the 2 tiles we needed but also offered an after hours pick up of the tiles as they would be closed by the time we got there. We are very grateful for their dedication and fabulous customer support. We’ve always relied on Beaumont Tiles as their customer service is great, terrific range and ability to source tiles elsewhere if they have any supply issues. Thanks so much for sorting this issue for us.

oh i am so pleased i dropped into Yeppoon today and that the team were so helpful pointing out several issues with tiles i had chosen and putting me on the right path.

The staff helped me to choose a new floor tile. Advised on the correct type. I had thought I needed to get a non slip tile. Beaumont explained the difference between the products, the plus and minuses. I ended up purchasing a different product. Which I am absolutely thrilled with. Looks fabulous.

Stuff in the Yeppoon store are very good at suggesting things and very helpful and friendly.
