Thank you Fraser for your generosity in time on Friday afternoon. You were extremely helpful, listened to what David and I were saying, and modified choices accordingly. I really appreciated the fact that you could see I was very anxious at first, as David and I did not feel confident at all about choosing the tiles. By the time we left the shop, I was feeling happy and confident about our choices. You could almost say I had fun! This was very unexpected, and due to your expertise, and the guidance of Claudia from Beyond Bathrooms.
