Amazing customer service for European shoppers! Shopping online with UK stores can be tricky sometimes due to customs charges etc. Worry not with Beach Cafe however, as they make the whole process very simple and they are super efficient. Great Experience and very good support!
I ordered a dress online from Germany. Shortly after my order, the company contacted me and gave me information about the import/tax regulations. The contact person was always there to support me during and after the purchase process. Shipping to Germany was incredibly fast. The quality of the dress is also incredibly good. I am very happy about this good buying experience.

NO REFUND - RAISED A DISPUTE WITH BANK
Sadly, I have felt it necessary to continue my positive review with a negative already written on 8 March.
I never received my refund of £250.20 for the stained beach cover up.
I received an email on 11 March confirming a refund should arrive within 10 days which it never did. I contacted the company on several occasions to be finally told that the refund was made on 28th March, 18 days later. The refund again was not made.
I was sent 2 exact emails of apology 1 with a discount code, then a £50 voucher but still no refund.
I was left with no other choice but to raise a dispute last week with my bank as I was still hopeful that the refund would be made.
This was resolved within 2 days, beach cafe were contacted by my bank and the payment was made instantly.
This negative experience has left me absolutely drained just before my holiday, the amount of time spent on calls and emails to beach cafe and to my bank were extremely time consuming, no one needs these problems when wrapping up work related things plus packing etc.

Marina, please do not attempt to spread lies about our business. Your refund was completed on 28th March and we provided you several times with evidence from our payment provider Sagepay that the refund had been done. Despite doing this, you continued to call every day despite being told that the payment had left our account immediately but your bank may take longer to clear the amount because of the Easter bank holiday. You seemed to be getting a kick out of constantly complaining, and repeatedly telling our staff how often you went on holiday and how much money you spend on beachwear. On the Friday you called and verbally abused our member of staff Tia, calling her a baby, and were extremely patronising, bringing her to tears. We will not tolerate our staff being treated in such a vile way. Tia asked you to contact your bank directly for confirmation your refund had been completed, but you refused to contact them saying you didn’t need to and would contact a solicitor instead. We have NEVER been contacted by your bank after your supposed complaint to them – the refund was already completed on 28th March. This is an outright lie on your part. I hope your review shows as a warning to other retailers not to engage with you and your bullying behaviour. I have rescinded the £50 gift voucher we offered, but if you wish to contact us, I would gladly offer to pay for a Yoga class to hopefully provide you with the peace and happiness you need. Please never attempt to shop at Beach Cafe again.

Beautifully packaged
Speedy delivery, beautifully packaged. Love love love the dress. exactly how its portrayed on the website. Only small downside is that it really smelt, it was a new smell but frankly unwearable, so had no choice but to wash it immediately. For the price it was disapointing. I would buy again from this company assuming it was a one off experience.
