We have been using BDR for a couple of years and one thing I got to say is they are very knowledgeable. Phil, who regularly helps us, has always been helpful with our IT issues and is polite and friendly on the phone with our users.

Kyle Byron-Morgan is fantastic - very approachable, nothing is too much to ask and always on hand to help. Very personable and easy to get on with. Thanks for all of your help Kyle.

Have been working with BDR for a number of years now always found them very accommodating and adaptable Liam Green in particular is a great help.

Issue with VPN was sorted quickly by Joe Brooks.

Jerome is a star. He always responds to our enquiries/problems promptly and will not leave until he has fully completed the job, and double checked over any issues. He is always on hand to help us when we need him

After much perseverance Jerome managed to connect my external device to my work laptop, enabling me to work from home when required, which has given me essential flexibility in my work role. He stayed calm and determined throughout the process and would not leave the issue unresolved. He definitely went the extra mile for which I am very grateful!

Good response times and sort most things quickly thank you - we have used them for several years now and havent had something they cant resolve yet . IT also supplied at reasonable costs

Martin came to complete an additional phone to our circuit of phones to an external meeting room - it was pouring with rain literally all day he worked incredible hard and did everything we asked and more and did not complain or crumble -nothing was to much trouble for him - we are very pleased with him and the work he did for ourselves - was completed in a tidy and very professional manner and nothing was to much trouble at all - all he asked was for a cup of tea !
