Worked with Megan for a couple of years now on prices for gas and electric. Megan and the company work hard to get great prices and are always available if you have any questions. Megan even came to visit our offices in Bradford, not many other companies would do that. Would recommend.

Having taken control of a business in December that had a long standing relationship with BDR I was introduced to them with a history that was already laid out however, I went into the initial introduction meeting with eyes wide open, from the moment I met with Jamie Hall and Owen Whitlock I was given assurances that the future relationship with them was in good hands.

I have now worked with them for just 4 months and benchmarking them against my many years of IT collaborations across many industries and across the globe I have to say impressed it an understatement.

Their level of knowledge for both their offering and the operation they are supporting is of a standard that is beyond my expectation, the working relationship with Jamie as our primary account manager and point of contact is exceptional, never left hanging or frustrated, in what has been fast paced acquisition they have stepped up and at times gone above and beyond to support what at times have been highly aggressive timescales and demands from me.

Jamie and Owen are both a credit to the BDR brand and they're personal skill and ability to speak to everyone on the right level is a skill that is rarely accomplished so well.

I have no hesitation what so ever in stating that not only do they talk the talk but walk the walk too, the approach to the business and interaction is reflected also by others I have had the pleasure to speak with, namely Luke and Trevor.

I had a virtual landline for my business which was on divert to a mobile. They would randomly redirect calls to a different number or have a recorded message saying number not known! They also billed me for outgoing calls which were impossible to make from a virtual line, which can only receive calls! Even after numerous calls and emails they have not reimbursed me! Appalling service and customer care! Needless to say I eventually managed to cancel the contract.

I am getting fed up of BDR not sorting out billing issues and not getting back to me at all.
I have a dispute going back 2 years and not getting sorted. About 6 months ago I stopped my DD thinking that would incentivise them to sort out the issue if they are not getting paid however even that has not helped.

We are a small family business who have been left with no phones at all for 8 days and counting and are still no further forward. Having been told that they would be back working on 29/11/24, it is now 02/12/24, still no phones and no confirmation of when they will be back on?

We were very pleased with the service engineer Shane provided. He answered all our questions, was competent and completed fitting our new phones and phone system with very little disruption to our daily routine.

We had Martin visit the office to install new phones, the job took a few hours and although the office was congested and busy he fitted right in. He was friendly, helpful and very informative and also made the training very simple to understand - would recommend.

We made the change to BDR for our IT support a few months ago. The initial meeting with Jamie and Owen was very informative and the costs competitive. The switch happened relatively smoothly. The team that we work with have been great at sorting out our day-to-day issues and come back to us quickly with resolutions. This was definitely a change for the better.
