We have received an excellent service for many years and most recently with Jessica Waite, who is always efficiently helpful.

Dean Mitchell is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

BDR originally approached us to quote for our Mobile renewal. Adam A attended site, listened to our requirements and worked hard to providing a very competitive quote. We didn't go with BDR for mobiles as they couldn't quite match our unbelievable dealer direct quote however, we did go with BDR for our leased line. Throughout the entire process, Adam kept in touch, providing updates alongside Aaron and acted quickly when there was issues during installation. Our comms cabinet was a bit of a birds nest and their engineer Martin attended site to colour code and tidy everything up upgrading comms wiring throughout the building. We're now getting the internet speeds we're paying for. Happy Customer so far!
