They can never fix anything, is such a bad company with a very bad service attitude. I stopped using them because there is always something for them not to do their jobs.
Don't use them they will only take your money.

Our company just switched to BCD travel. I have been working with travel companies for over 40 years, and BCD is hands down the worst. It has been a miserable experience. I am looking forward to retirement and never having to deal with BCD ever again.

Met goede hoop begonnen, na grote beloften over makkelijk boeken, geen gedoe met admin meer en medewerkers die niet meer vooruit hoeven te betalen. Dat viel vies tegen zeg!
Tot nu toe kost elke boeking twee keer zoveel tijd, moeten hotelboekingen en huurauto's alsnog ter plekke afgerekend worden en regelmatig is de goedkoopste optie niet te boeken. Kortom, anno 2024 heeft BCD geen meerwaarde meer, ik heb opgezegd en regel wel gewoon creditcards en een booking.com plus google flights account voor onze mdws. De klantenservice bij BCD is ook om te huilen zo nutteloos.

Three days, 4 calles, 6 emails, to eventully make my boss book a trainticket with SJ. Eventully someone that almoust know you language that could send you a text with the ticket... Next time I will pay for my ticket my self its not worth going on business trips at all if your company use BCD Travel as their agency. Better for mental health to just pay for a ticket your self.

If you work in HR and want all you personal to quit direct. Choose BCD Travel as you agency. Worst customer service, customer experience by far last couple of years.

They are really incompetent . We had a KT with our firm, they 4ucked the flights for the team, 4ucked the Hotel booking . We choose an option and they did the opposite. Bought wrong flights for our people.

First class, efficient and friendly service from BCD Travel by Tushar.

Broken app, chat doesn’t work. Useless when it does work. Customer service hung up after waiting on the phone for hour +. Terrible agents when you do get a hold of them. Absolutely awful compared to CWT.

This personifies how cost cutting backfires, and wastes employees time.

My office has outsourced the booking of flights to this company. They have internally made God-knows-what adjustments and booked the flights such that 1 of my colleagues got free seat selection, while the rest of us were charged for it. When the travel had to be postponed and flight cancelled, the amount was not refunded, and they and tell me this at the end like they are doing some favor to me.

This travel agency is the worst! They were contracted by my husband's employer to coordinate the annual incentive trip. From early February until mid-May we had the most difficult time reaching our contact. They only give an email address so I had to go online and track down a phone number. At first no one could find our booking. Then they were confused about who was handling our reservations. The coordinator assigned to us took DAYS to respond to simple questions via email so I had to keep calling and leaving messages with others for her to get back to us. We did not receive complete final air reservations until the Friday before Monday morning take off! We extended our trip and she initially got the wrong return date for our charter. Eventually, we changed plans and they were able to help. But for an 8-hour flight to Hawaii and on the return flight, they were not able to get seats for me and my husband next to each other!!! How is that with 2 months to plan? Maybe they didn't even try since I kept bugging them? How would you feel if a travel agency was there to provide a service yet they did not communicate effectively, did not provide details until right before you left on the trip, and could not even get adjoining seats for an 8-hour flight?!! Beware!

Tut mir leid, aber ich muss mich den Bewertungen hier anschließen.
Ich hatte vor einigen Wochen ein Bewerbungsgespräch für eine Ausbildung bei BCD Travel und mir wurde auch nach dem Gespräch gesagt, dass im Laufe der nächsten Woche mir gesagt wird, ob ich den Platz bekomme oder nicht. WOCHEN nachdem ich keine Antwort bekommen habe und ich diese Kontaktiert habe wurde mir gesagt, dass in zwei Wochen nochmal ein Auswahlverfahren statt findet. Warum werde ich angelogen? Davon abgesehen dass ich beim Bewerbungsgespräch von einer Mitarbeiterin mehr oder weniger zur Schnecke gemacht wurde, nur weil ich kein Arbeitszeugnis habe. Sehr schade, finde BCD Travel leider nicht vertrauenswürdig

Just another company that ghosts you during interview process. Was offered a follow up interview, but then never heard from them again. Stay clear of this company. Highly unprofessional.

Jeg har siden midt Marts kæmpet for at få mine flybilletter til vietnam refunderet - billetterne var købt med refusionsmulighed og søgte refusion i rette tid.
Dette grundet Corona og nedlukning af Danmark.
Men jeg understreger lige igen - at billetterne var købt så de kunne refunderes.
BDC henviser til flyselskabet om at de ikke kan gøre noget før de får refusion - Det er interessant, at BCD tager høje gebyrer og at man køber billetten igennem BCD, men når der så er problemer - så er der ingen hjælp at hente.
Jeg har siden skrevet ufattelig mange gange og får sjældent svar. Thai Air - har været åbne, når jeg har skrevet til dem og henviser til, at jeg kan få en voucher ved rejseselskabet - men der har været stille siden jeg foreslog dette til BCD.
Jeg kan på ingen måde anbefale BCD travel - man er bedre sikret, hvis man bestiller billetterne direkte ved flyselskabet - og det er tilmed meget billigere.
