WORST COMPANY EVER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Worst customer service ever!!!!!! They either need new employees or do some training! Everyone seems lazy doing half work which causes so many conflicts and errors! And this happens ALL THE TIME with them!

Whenever I need extra support next to…

Whenever I need extra support next to the company tool Concur, they are very quickly to respond and give me great advice. I used to work more with them but the Concur system works pretty good. So all in all when I need their advice they are there for me and offer timely service.

Verständnisprobleme des Agents, einfachste Fragen werden nicht beantwortet, Buchung scheiterte

Wenn eine Buchung an den mangelnden Deutschkenntnissen des Bearbeiters scheitert, dieser Fragen per Email einfach nicht beantwortet, man per email die Information kriegt, man solle den Anschlussflug doch "woanders buchen", man telefonisch für einfache Ausfkünfte dreimal fragen muss, da das gegenüber die Frag nicht kapiert, dann ist das für ein Unternehmen, dass sich als Partner für Geschäftsreisen betrachtet, einfach sehr sehr schwach. Letztendlich war dann der benötige Flug nicht mehr verfügbar und darf mich nun selbst um eine Rückreise kümmern. Danke für gar nichts.

Overcharged & never refunded (or even replied)

BCD travel overcharged me for a flight then when I questioned it told me 'the price had changed' & that they couldn't be held responsible. I was able to send screenshots proving this was incorrect, at which point they said 'the customer care team' would look into it (the customer service rep refused to give me contact details & no one ever contacted me or fixed the issue). I tried following up via email & calling several times & was led through a phone maze & ultimately hung up on. Good thing they specialise in corporate travel because people would be irate if they were personally overcharged - would be so much easier to deal directly with the airlines.

A total joke and exhausting, frustrating waste of time

A total joke and frustrating, painful waste of time. I have had to deal with them because my employer use them. Critical mistakes in my flight ticket that only added stress prior to a flight and causes repeatedly waste of time. In addition, I was booked with a budget airline, the airline website lists the tickets price around 80 pounds but the BCD bill came for over 500 pounds. Yes.. amazing. They cannot even care to include with the e-ticket details of the baggage restrictions, only "be prepared, airlines may charge differently for baggage". I would be embarrassed to work for this company - a joke!

Apparently my feedback is valuable to you. CLEARLY NOT. The company continues to stuff up. Not knowing if flights are booked until the day prior. Currently have 7 flights required for work only have details of 5. Continue to book hotels in the wrong name. Not putting frequent flyer details on bookings so can’t book in via the app. This is what my husband deals with regularly. As a casual employee I have to work my shifts around his schedule that he gets last minute. Your service is appalling and if other companies ran their business like this they would be out of business.

You have to recheck everything, dates, location and prices as they make SO many mistakes. Waste of time using this service…

Travel-Agentur – für alle, die den Service-Level der Deutschen Bahn gewohnt sind: Willkommen zu eurer Komfortzone. Telefonisch niemand zu erreichen? Check. Nach acht Anrufen über 48 Std. immer noch kein Rückruf? Auch das bekommen sie hin. Wenn ihr euch mal so richtig ignoriert fühlen wollt, dann seid ihr hier goldrichtig.

Kunden können sich darauf einstellen, dass Probleme einfach totgeschwiegen werden – wie in einer schlechten Beziehung. Niemand geht ran, und wenn doch, wird man skurriler Weise mitten im Gespräch in die Kundenbefragung weitergeleitet. Also, wenn ihr Lust habt, tagelang im Ungewissen zu schweben, ist das euer Laden!

Fazit: Wer auf Abenteuer steht und eine Vorliebe für Ignoranz hat, findet hier die perfekte Reisebegleitung. Alle anderen: Direkt zu einem professionellen Partner, da bleibt euch wenigstens noch die Hoffnung auf einen Rest an Service.

Your better off not traveling vs using BCD

BCD is horrible to work with it took over 6 months of back and forth to book a trip. I figured there was no way this was possible so I tried them one more time with a different rep and this time it took 2 months with numerous emails and phone calls. That keep strange hours and are very difficult to get ahold of or they will quote a price and the. Give you an option for a different price without providing you that other option until you ask and then it takes 5 or 6 days to get a response. How can this be so difficult in today’s world when you can simply go and search up all the options in a matter of seconds. I hate this company with a passion and am stuck using them so as a result I have just given up on traveling until this contract is up.

Kundenservice ist unmöglich!

Der sog. Kundenservice ist die reinste Katastrophe! Der Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich, genervt und hat rein gar nichts dafür getan, um mein Anliegen zu lösen! Man wird wiederholt mit den Worten „dafür sind wir nicht verantwortlich“ abgewiesen. Mit Kundenservice oder einem freundlichen Umgang mit Kunden hat das absolut gar nichts zu tun! Ein Stern ist für diese Erfahrung noch zu viel, von Kontakt oder Services mit bzw. von diesem Unternehmen kann man nur abraten!

Awful company

Hard to get into contact with them and if something goes wrong they just ghost you instead of helping you. It is better to try and fix everything yourself. I hate that my company is working with them.

Absolutely the WORST

Absolutely the WORST, almost makes me want to quit and go work for another company. The wait times to get in touch with someone on the phone are absolutely atrocious, even if you select to get a call back by the automated system, you never do. On top of that, the customer service agents/"travel specialists" are the worst of them all. If you don't believe me, go ahead give them a call and see for yourself. EVEN EMAILS they don't respond to on time....sometimes not at all!

BCD Travel booked international flight…

BCD Travel booked international flight few times. The last one was very bad they booked the ticket without my checking and got my client and my name wrong not according to how the passport showing. They deduct my credit card without my authorization and never call back to apologies.

Unseriös und unprofessionell

Der Umgang von BCD mit mir wirkte auf mich unseriös und unprofessionell. Die Dame von BCD hat während des Gesprächs aufgelegt. Es sollten Gebühren berechnet werden für eine Serviceleistung die vorher nicht abgesprochen waren. Eine Rechnung konnte auch nicht erstellt werden. Zukünftig werde ich versuchen dieses Unternehmen zu meiden.

Do not use BCD travel. My husband recently had a work trip booked through BCD travel, I came along so they booked my tickets as well. We had issues at EVERY airport. Including tickets that were not booked properly so they canceled the flights, birthdays being wrong, so we got flagged, the lap infant was missing or booked twice on different flights, we had confirmation numbers mixed up, issues with connections, all around it was a mess! we spent HOURS in airports on the phone trying to get help. When we called their support lines they’d just hang up on us and once even said ‘well there’s nothing I can do, would you like to buy another ticket’. I ended up just going around them directly to the airline, and when I finally could get a hold of someone they’d get it sorted. But it took hours of work, at every airport. Do not book with them. Trust me you’re more capable than ANYONE at BCD travel.

They can never fix anything, is such a bad company with a very bad service attitude. I stopped using them because there is always something for them not to do their jobs.
Don't use them they will only take your money.
