Staff very helpful in every way
A good experience

We have visited this practice since 1990. Although it has transitioned from Gordon Turner to Bayfields Opticians, the name is the only thing that has changed. The level of service continues to be excellent and highly professional.

They could try answering emails . I've sent 4, rung once, rung them back once. But still no formal confirmation of the position.
I regard this as impolite and clearly they have no regard for customers' queries. Bearing in mind I went there expecting to have new lenses put in existing frames and got coerced into replacing two sets of frames, the least they can do is respond to a query about the use of nickel in their frames. Unfortunately I've paid so must collect them but I won't be going back.

The service itself was second to none with care & attention to detail.The only drawback will be for elderly customers who will find climbing the steep stairs a challenge.Some will not be able to make it.In all other respects it is a first class service.

I have been using this opticians in Cheam for years and remained when they were taken over by Bayfields. My recent eye exam was thorough and when a scan revealed a possible issue, I was referred quickly to the NHS eye clinic. I have extreme short sight and need expert advice regarding lenses and which frames are suitable for my high prescription. I have always found all the staff helpful and efficient.
My only criticism is that I am now bombarded with emails encouraging me to have hearing tests etc. etc. I would prefer just to have reminders when examinations fall due.

My daughter has been using this optician for the past five years, and we’ve always had a very positive experience. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. They make children feel comfortable and at ease. Highly recommend.

This my first visit to Bayfields, upon arrival they was very welcoming. Clean and smart inside with plenty of seating. Staff were very efficient and friendly and I was also offered a scan behind my eye too. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and I will be returning with my children in the future

I am very impressed with the care and patience I was showen at my first expeience of using hearing aids.
It was explaiand to me in detail how they were calibrated and in which areas I needed help.
I have follow up appointments already made to moniter my use, and ensure they work properly.

The Optometrist was thorough, explained everything well and had good communication skills. The dispensing Optician was helpful and patient. She has been there for years and knows us so that always make things easier. I would recommend to others.
