Bought a car from this joke of a dealership 3 days later had to take it to a mechanic to then receive a 1700 pound bill. so contacted the dealership to either get it repaired or refund me the money and still a month later I’m either getting ignored by phone or the same old stalling excuses (the “boss” is away) the attitude and aftercare is disgusting with this company. also like other people I’ve had to seek legal advice and send a letter before legal action. AVOID this company people.

This dealership are absolutely appalling, I purchased a car and had it delivered on the 17/11/25. The following day I contacted them asking for a copy of the most recent service and my warranty information. To date neither have been received. The Range Rover I purchased had not had the MOT advisories completed and was unroadworthy. I have asked the dealership on numerous occasions to please collect the car and either repair it or return my money. They have not done either. The electrics are also faulty in the car and I have made them aware of this. I am a single mum with 2 young children that I cannot drive to school as a result of now having no vehicle. I am spending a fortune on Ubers and the dealership continues to ignore me. I live in Bristol and purchased online so I cannot get to the dealership when I have no car. I have had to get legal advice and report this dishonest and unprofessional garage to trading standards. They have been given a period of 14 days to respond to my most recent letter before court proceedings
