I ordered and paid for some naval orange tree seeds. Next thing I know I’m receiving an order from China when I finally got my order they were the wrong seeds. They sent me finger lime seeds . When I contacted them, they said it was impossible that they sent me the wrong kind of seeds,that their quality control was perfect with lots of checks and balances then they just cut me off and ignored my attempts to contact them. They even block my emails and phone number now I have to go through my credit card and get my money back hopefully . This company is very very bad bad business

Ordered inga edulis (ice cream bean) 100 count seeds. What arrived 26 BUSINESS days later was 14 pea seeds. Glad I payed with 3rd party service as this appears to be a scam site out of China.

I bought plant seeds that I now know were falsely advertised. I am a botanist and can guarantee the seeds the company sent me in response to my order were NOT the item advertised; they offered "Red Jade Vine" [=Macuna bennettii]; these should be large, smoothe, black, kidney shaped with round ends. They sent me fennel [=Foeniculum vulgare]. which are small, light-brown or greyish, and oval with ridges and pointed ends. There two types of seed differ greatly in size, shape and colour. I reported it politely to the company via SHOP.app. I supplied proof and offered to return the bogus product. The company replied saying they are not seed experts but they still rejected my expert opinion and told me the seeds are M. bennettii, which, as a botanist, I guarantee they are not. I complained more forcefully and the company neglected to reply. Before I contacted them, I considered this an error. As they [self-admitted non-experts], rejected categorical proof of the error and as they continue [at least until today] to sell the same mislabeled product, I consider their past and ongoing offer of "Red Jade Vine" to be false advertising.
